The biggest disappointment with 5 Star is their office communication even accepting the installation was put on hold due to Covid 19 the update from the operations department was a shambles. So bad I even drafted an email letter for them to simp!y fill in a few dates and return back. I never felt I was the customer and received a 1 star service whilst my orangerie was left unfinished. To many times I had to initiate contact and was let down on most occasions. Not a good experience, although the contractors did a good job this was a very stressful time caused mainly by the office contact so unless this is considerably improved I could not recommend 5 Star.

Good aftercare
Had orangery installed August 2016 by Pennine - communication and installation were very good and was really pleased with the result. Experienced no problems until Jan/February of 2020 when it developed a couple of leaks. Contacted Pennine customer service department and spoke to Liz who was a good help. Took quite a few visits to 'investigate' problem from various work people to ascertain the problem - it seemed to speed the job on when I sent in my own photo's and information of the issue. Workmen came and hopefully, fingers crossed have sorted out the cause of the leak, also sent a plasterer to re plaster the damaged internal walls. Aftercare is very important in many cases problems are not apparent until it rains extremely hard - good that they sorted this out.

ALL the Bon Accord sales team and on-site workers were excellent. We initially had five companies price the job. Bon Accord was very competitive and once we met Ian we decided to use them. We were not disappointed. Communication, effective planning and a flexible approach to the job ensured our confidence throughout the process. We would highly recommend Bon Accord if you are considering an extension - you won't be disappointed.
