Pleased with the windows.
However communication was very poor from the start we always had to chase them for information. We had no shows and job half finished and we had to chase and get answers regarding what was happening. A pity because the windows look great but we did not need the extra stress chasing up all the time.

Good service and windows
Had new windows put in today by two fitters who arrived before breakfast and worked solidly through to mid afternoon to finish the job and the site was left clean.The product is really good and has undoubtedly lifted the look of that part of the house. I would use Eden again in the future.

The whole house is much much cosier.
I had two triple glazed windows and a new front door fitted from 5 star windows.
During the install one of the installers noticed the door had been splashed with some kind of laquer which could not be cleaned off. This appeared to have been splashed on it whilst in transit or storage. After a further inspection it was decided to replace the whole door panel which meant the whole process took longer than expected.
I'm very happy with the finished installation. The whole house is much much cosier.

We have just had a front door fitted by Pennine…
We have just had a front door fitted by Pennine, and would have no hesitation recommending them.
The quality of the door is exceptional, and the team who did the fitting were thoroughly organised and really
pleasant. When they finished there was very little dust, which pleased my wife!
I would definitely use them again.
