We were very impressed with the Kidderminster showroon and the reception staff who answered every question we asked.

Salesman's appoinment was booked, he arrived on time, was definitely not pushy, explained every thing to us and when requested gave us an acceptable quote.
Installation, although delayed by a few days, was expertly carried out with due care, resulting in a job we are very pleased with.

Things went great at the start, right products, fantastic price, the salesman was ace, explained everything in great detail. The deal was a 'no brainer, at that bargain price, having checked out the opposition.
The surveyor measured up, explained the slight complication to our setup, being an older property! The original window frames had a sash box set up, which had been modified by previous owners, and a framework had been installed, hiding over the mechanics. He advised that the frame should remain in situ, thus reducing the complication, and simplifying the fitting. Definitely, the way to go, easy fit, window out, window in, no problem!
NO such luck!
The frames supplied turned out to be too big, and wouldn't fit in the existing framework, so they couldn't be fitted on the day! There then followed a period of visits from the surveyor, etc, trying to decide who was at fault!
We eventually decided that the way forward was to accept the frames as supplied, but this involved removing the existing sash box frames, thus creating even more work than intended. A plasterer had to be involved to reinstate the surrounding window frame, and so we had to endure even more mess! Both windows had this treatment!
In fairness to '5 Star', they persevered throughout, and even though the job was drawn out, we couldn't fault the workmen. They made sure they cleaned up, every time! The resulting job was fantastic!
Thank you 5-star windows, we hiccupped along the way, but the final result was worth every penny, well done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company!

We live in a conservation area and we needed windows that would match the style of our early Victorian property and that would meet all of the Council's planning requirements.

The windows and doors supplied are excellent and the installation was first class.

We recently had a patio door, Sliding Door and 5 Windows fitted. The service from Orion from our first contact with the svlesteam through to the fitting was excellent. We were given good advice from the outset and were actually talked out of a more expensive option. The salesman clearly new his job and the benefit of his experience gave us confidence.
The visit from the surveyor was equally professional and helpful.
The fitting was carried out on exactly the date promised and the two fitters were equally experienced, helpful, polite and professional.
We took the time to shop around before settling on the quote from Orion but we have been very happy with the whole process.
The new Windows and doors look great and the house and garden were left in a very clean and tidy state.

We were really nervous about undertaking a new extension due to the upheaval and disruption but Pennine Home Improvements made everything so easy. Their communication from start to finish was spot on and everything ran as smoothly as possible. We are delighted with the end result.

They take your money and run, poor quality workmanship, it’s difficult for them to cut a straight line. Post delaminating after a couple of weeks and bulbs blown in the lighting. Been waiting 16 weeks, yes that’s 4 months for them to repair and still no appointment from them, loads of apologies but no action. Steer clear and go elsewhere this company isn’t worth the hassle

We have been Using Bon Accord glass for years this was our final installation of a new lounge window. As per usual a job well done And a good clean up after themselves. Everything was hoovered up and wiped down afterwards  always  impressed and the guys are fab.   So thanks again won’t hesitate to use you if we need you for anything else in the future and highly recommend you to any of our friends ??

Recently moved into an old house that needed 4 single glazed windows replacing. My first time ordering windows so I wasn't really sure what to expect but Pennine gave lots of good advice and the fitters were very polite and friendly. Would recommend.
