Job done last week. Workers very efficient and congenial. Products look good in situ. Job finished to excellent standard. Given a full demo of use and advise on care before leaving. All staff friendly easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the end result of our conservatory. We did have a few delays due to the shortage of building materials, but I can't really blame Pennine for this as it seems to be a UK wide issue as I found out when my sofa that was due in 4 weeks from a big national is now not due for a further 16 weeks.

Glazing panel in our bi-fold doors replaced by Mark today. Very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous engineer who really cares about his customers. Fantastic advert for the business, i hope they appreciate him!

I'm very pleased with my attractive new door. It smells a bit funny though! All of the staff I dealt with throughout the process were approachable and professional. This is the second time I've used Orion Windows and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Despite initial good vibes, dealing with this company was simply a headache (except for when 1 individual got involved, she was much more proactive and was great).
Understandably there were issues due to COVID, however the vast majority of our experience was not due to this.
Very poor communication, delays with no apology/explanation, not showing up when expected, errors in building meant that a wall had to be rebuilt before the windows could go on, damage to the finish of the doors and window frames, lack of care and attention when installing meant there were scratches and sealant everywhere… the list goes on. Not to mention being told the final instalment was overdue before we had signed off that we were satisfied!  Avoid at all costs.
