The job was well done to time and to specification.

We have just had all of our windows replaced and we are really happy with the service from the start of the process throughout and especially with the installation. It was a large difficult job (20 + sash windows with secondary glazing!) All the staff were helpful and efficient but we would particularly like to praise the installation team - Billy Chapman and Peter Bell, they are a very skilled team with attention to detail ensuring we got the best of installation and Finnish. We would definitely recommend Pennine Home for any future projects.

5 Star replaced my crumbling open porch with an enclosed porch but left the roof in tact as requested. They also included a sliding window in the design, once again at my request, despite not usually supplying that type of window.
There were a couple of delays but I was kept informed and promptly given alternative dates. The two fitters were exceptional and worked without breaks each day. They were friendly and informative and tidied up well after each days work.
I cannot fault the service I’ve received from 5Star.

This is my second round of renewing all windows and doors in the house due to there being lots of windows we have done it in stages.
Bon Accord Glass were chosen for reputation and did not fail to live up to it. The staff were efficient and knowledgeable from quoting to finishing.
The quality of the work of the installation guys was awesome, same lads that did round one 3 years ago, quick and very tidy. I look forward to round 3 to complete the house.

Our conservatory roof was efficiently replaced by pleasant, helpful workman. They started on the agreed date, and worked continually until the job was completed within the time frame given.
When we needed a new front door we did not hesitate to contact Trademark again. Highly recommend!

Amber have been working with us throughout 2021 on a 100% replacement of our doors and windows plus a new build orangery. From helping us to think through what we needed, designing it to meet our specific requirements to installation later this year, they were with us every step of the way. The quality of the product is second to none, with both the replacement windows and doors and the orangery. There was no 'sales pressure', simply a sense that they wanted to deliver the best for us. The reason for the four stars rather than five was due to the building team for the orangery. They did a reasonable job but their attitude left a bit to be desired. They also 'forgot' to build a brick pillar on the orangery and we had to remind them about it on the last day of the build. All got rectified and we have been delighted with the result. Everyone who has seen the orangery has been 'wowed' by it. Amber could not have been more helpful throughout and I would recommend them totally.

The front door was scratched which was touched up and looked worse and 5 glass units were scratched removing adhesive labels. We had excuses for months while they fitted windows and doors for others. The repairs and replacements were finally finished in November 2021
