The wrong obscure glass pattern was supplied, so either the workshop ordered the wrong pattern, or the glass supplier was at fault. No problem in arranging for it to be corrected. Very impressed with the care taken by the fitters in removing the old fittings. No damage to existing plaster/tiling. Also impressed with the care taken in finishing off the new installation.

Poor scores due to after sales service and lack of interest in resolving mix up with wrong glass.

I would like to comment on the wonderful conservatory you designed and built for us, the work was carried in a professional and skilful manner by workmen who were polite and pleasant. The quality and guarantee is second to none compared to other quotes we received. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who requires a conservatory from your company.

It seems as though the situation of the ceiling windows were put in based on first drawings and not the final drawing. They said they would not fit the other way round - I don't this to be the case.

Poor project management - No site visits made which resulted in critical elements of the project having to be carried out by ourselves.

I was recommended by my sister as she has had a couple of jobs done by yourselves and was very pleased with the work you did for her. The fitters were polite and easy to get on with, they were very precise and perfectionists !!!!!! which I liked as I can be very fussy LOL. They even tidied up after themselves. Am very HAPPY with the work they did and the door is GREAT and now have booked for another quote for my other door doing. Hopefully this will be done to the high standards as the other. Thank you.

The project was the replacement of an old polycarbonate conservatory roof with a solid roof (Guardian warm roof), with two Velux roof vents and plastering the house wall and the conservatory dwarf wall plus installing two electrical power sockets and one tv socket. I visited the showroom to see the type of light weight solid roof and arranged an adviser to visit. This was helpful to finalise the concept which added the two Velux roof vents, which I see now as vital to get light into the linked dining room. All staff arrived punctually at a pre-arranged time and got on with the job with care and tidiness, even working late one night to be finished to enable the plasterer to start first thing the next day. All staff were courteous and answered any questions during the installation. Overall the team were well organised and exercised good workmanship and tidied up during and after their task each day. Their project plan included a final fitting and tidying up day to remove all of the old roof and final fit including cleaning the conservatory externally and internally. I would recommend West Yorkshire Windows for a job well done at a reasonable price.
