    Overall good value and good product. Only messy...

    Overall good value and good product. Only messy plumber and schedule not being fully adhered to in timely fashion let it down slightly. Regardless we would recommend to others and consider for future work.

    All excellent, delivered by a great team, but the electrician had to be called back to complete a poorly fitted light fitting and he left a messy floor. We also still have a light switch with a screw missing which is not securely fitted. An entirely satisfactory experience up until a dilatory electrician cast a cloud over the job. We would happily recommend West Yorkshire Windows in glowing terms to friends, but would be obliged to mention a poor electrician which may be a deterrent to them.

    No pressure sales, excellent communication from sales to fitting. Fitters polite, made sure everything was left clean and tidy. Would use again.
