Really pleased with our new Conservatory. Carl, the sales consultant was fantastic & very knowledgeable. All fitters & tradesmen arrived promptly, completed work to a high standard & were clean & tidy.

The only issues we had with what is otherwise a very good job are:- The manner in which the base builders went about wanting their payment. I think that they could have made it clear when they would be complete and expect their money. The overall project management and communication I thought was poor and had it not been for the fact that i worked close to home and could work from home at times then the last minute appointments would have been an issue. The main issue for us it the slip up along the process that meant we an't fully open one of the french doors to the kitchen. Now that we are all set up and furniture in we don't want to set things back trying to redo work now.

West Yorkshire Windows service and quality is excellent, they started and finished the work on date, love my room, its warm and pleasant to sit in.
