    Brilliant Workmanship Communication...

    Brilliant Workmanship Communication between office and workmen v.v.poor! Resulted in 5 months wait for completion plus flooring mismatched - V. Disappointing.

    Whole process from initial enquiry to visit by salesman and then various workmen was great. All workmen polite friendly and helpful. Also very tidy. Coming back to snag a couple of small problems which some firms would I think ignore.

    I had 2 windows replaced. They were measured and fitted quickly & I got what I asked for. Fitters were professional & job completed quickly on the date I had been given. I am happy with the windows and the overall experience.

    Windows good, conservatory roof poor. many...

    Windows good, conservatory roof poor. many problems with roof- 1st, wrong roof, 2nd, poor finish. Job started on 23rd Nov 2015 it is now 21st Dec,still not a good finish.

    Very Disappointed. Front door...

    Very Disappointed. Front door arrived with no letterbox or number. Door left with gap under door ( light was visible on porch floor!!) Various unsuccessful visits to fix issues. We had to take two half days holiday off work plus early visits to get the door sorted. Then immediate demands for payment in full.
