Some organisation seemed a bit chaotic. The installation date was changed without me being asked. I got a text receipt for large final payment but to date no written receipt. I had to chase up insurance guarantee.

From start to finish the lads on site did what...
From start to finish the lads on site did what they said they would do and when they said. The very last installation was the front door with glass either side. The old door was a problem to take out, but the lads kept working until finish at 8.30pm. Altogether they fit 17 windows and 3 doors which included side glass to 2 doors and 2 bay windows.
The salesman Mark also sold me what I asked for and within our budget, unlike TWS who just wanted a fat pay day.
We are currently getting a small conservatory fitted by West Yorkshire Windows.
