    This is the second time I have used this company...

    This is the second time I have used this company and their workmanship is second to none. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Every single person, from sales, to trade professionals were so polite and the quality of work from start to completion was outstanding. It was the quality service and professionalism that had me return after initially having a large window put in. I didn't want nor did I go anywhere else. The price was unbelievable, especially when you consider the tremendous finished product. It's the most beautiful Orangrey, completed to the highest of standards. I will use visual again and again, if needed in future. Well done guys, professional job through and through. Thank you

    Project completed in an efficient manner after...

    Project completed in an efficient manner after "misunderstanding" over type of side panels requested/fitted i.e. only plastic side panels supplied whereas understood would be of same material as door. Staff polite and punctual,pleased with overall effect.

    Hi Steve, just a few lines to let you know how happy we are with our new orangery, the whole project ran like clockwork from start to end. Nothing was too much trouble for all of your staff, each gang arrived as and when promised and worked very well even though the temperature was well below freezing at times.Maybe special thanks go to Graham the builder who applied a few little changes along the way as we kept changing our minds about things. All in all 10/10 for everyone for a good job well done. We will not hesitate to recommend your company to one and all. Regards, P & M Walker.

    From the initial start day everything went as planned. Each team were professional, punctual, polite & worked to the plan timescale. There were no delays between one team finishing & another starting which can be a problem in the building trade. It is good to say that we are extremely pleased with the finished Orangery & would recommend your company to anybody.

    A fantastic service and excellent standards by the...

    A fantastic service and excellent standards by the fitting team that was only let down by poor communication from the office based staff. On two occasions incorrect dates were given which meant we lost 2 days of our own work waiting for contractors to turn up only to be informed that they were coming on a different day. At times the onsite teams were not sure if other contractors would be turning up (plumbing/gas engineer) and it was left for us as the client to phone the plumber direct and confirm his attendance.

    We were very pleased with the total service and...

    We were very pleased with the total service and implementation of our conservatory by Visual. Not everything went quite to plan however things were sorted out very efficiently. We would also like to say that each team from digging of foundations right through to snagging and final completion were all very polite and efficient -and also drank a lot of tea and coffee! We would not hesitate to recommend Visual.
