After a few weeks looking around different vendors for substantial work to be undertaken on my bungalow( new French Doors, new patio doors and new conservatory roof) I was losing hope of finding someone who could provide all three in my timescales and at my budget. During a visit to Birstall IKEA I saw an sign for Visual Conservatories and took a look at their demonstration setup. After a little negotiation I was happy to proceeds to a sales person visit and was surprised that everything worked out to my specification, The worked undertaken was very professional and the quality was high. All debris was removed from site and all the installers were a great team, well mannered and a happy bunch. In addition to the work performed Visual went above an beyond by fixing parts of my current conservatory walls to make everything as good as new. ( bear in mind they were paid to do the roof only). They repaired much of the loose/damaged trim to a high quality at no extra cost. I cannot recommend this company enough. It is top of my list for the family should they require any work they may need to be done The team were Phil, Kevin + another whose name escapes me. Great lads!

Excellent service from salesperson and workmen. Poor communication in office - wrong date for fitting, spent 2 days annual leave, preparing lounge for work doing - never turned up!!! No scaffolding delivered, so work took 2 days, one window opens the wrong way.

Pleased with their performance, intend to order further work from them shortly.

Great service, shame glass roof to conservatory did not meet expectations regarding temperature regulation.

Our replacement conservatory turned into a much bigger job than we originally planned. Visual staff were always very punctual, and polite. They were happy to share their ideas and suggestions with us throughout the entire job. Given the many other tradesmen that were involved in the work, I was surprised, even pleasantly surprised on occasion how well the plan came together!! Yes we had little hiccups along the way, but anything we weren't quite happy with, someone always came back to sort it. Given our personal experience with Visual, we would be very happy to recommend them and the quality of their products to anyone.

Second project within a few weeks. Excellent all round once again. This time for fascias and gutters.

This is the best company we have dealt with for major house projects over the last few years. All staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. All stages of the project from initial contact to completion were first class and stress free. Any issues which arose were all dealt with promptly and rectified. No hesitation in recommending to others and will use again if we have any similar projects.

Very impressed from the outset. All very exactly as planned. We were constantly updated with the progress and planned work. All accociated trades were excellent in all respects, all being polite, respectful and informative. Impressed by the level of quality assurance undertaken to ensure the quality of the work and ensure the next trade could take the project forward. Timescale excellent from our point of view, from initial showroom enquiry only 5 weeks to complete the project, despite the weather. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend the company to anyone.
