We had new black windows fitted at the beginning...
We had new black windows fitted at the beginning of October.
We love our black windows the quality is really good
and they look brilliant.
The fitters were were committed to making a good job.They were reliable, hard working, polite and even did a good job cleaning the windows after fitting.
We did have a long wait t rectify a problem but this is now done and we are thoroughly satisfied with the end product.

Delighted with every aspect of the Orangery...
Delighted with every aspect of the Orangery installation,from sales man Steve, Steve and Gary in office (most of time) ah, girls on reception, John & Brandon builders superb, can't thank them enough, Big Al, Paul, Mark & Mark, Kevin and all others who popped in, the whole team was there when needed to lift RSJ's in to place,The project went like clockwork, all ways some one there for the next stage, all rubbish removed, the finished product is marvelous best thing We've ever done, Recommend Visual for this type of work. Thank You, Alan & Veronica

The whole experience was excellent from inception...
The whole experience was excellent from inception to completion, with total appreciation of my requirements from all the staff. Also the staff were friendly and hardworking and punctual!

We had new windows fitted on the 6th October....
We had new windows fitted on the 6th October. Apart from the bathroom window the windows look great the quality is good.
Unfortunately we are very unhappy and disappointed with the look of the bathroom window. After the fitters fitted the window they replaced the lost pebble dashing but dashed over the plack sealer down the side of the window. from the outside the finish looks shabby and unfinished.
We have contacted the company and they sent the repair guy out. He will not come out anymore and says there is nothing he can do.
We are still waiting and still unhappy with just one finish to one window. We are embarrassed that Family and friends noticed the finish to the bathroom window straight away.

This project was started in March 2017 and was finally completed October 2017 . We were generally happy with the team but all the problems we had which were many have been sorted but could have been avoided with better communication and planning. This was very stressful for us, however we are happy with the final project and Visual did make an effort to put things right as soon as they could.

As customers we are not easy to please, we have a sharp eye for detail and could be dedcribed as ‘nit-picking’, when actually all we want is things to be done as they should be done, and and a good end product.
We could not be more delighted with the final outcome, a high quality product, superbly fitted and finished off.
Well done VISUAL, we would sing your praises to anyone who would care to listen.

we are very satisfied with all aspects of the project . Price , all the workman were proficient and polite, arrived at the time we were told they would, and they cleaned up after each days work. Friends who have visited are very impressed with the quality of the conservatory. We are pleased we chose your company.

Only one nit pick the sliding door to the outside is quite a narrow opening and we didnt realise it would be so narrow.

Our initial contact in the salesroom was an important factor in our decision to go ahead with Visual. Steve Cooper was genuine, knowledgeable of his product and accommodating of all our requirements.
After a slightly bumpy start with the initial building work, the process restarted and moved at a steady pace. However, once the base had been laid, the framework, electrics, plastering and flooring moved swiftly, smoothly and very accurately. The workmanship and quality of the whole work carried out by each tradesman was outstanding. The project managers at Visual always kept us informed and were always on hand to answer any of our queries in a friendly manner.
The finished product has gone beyond our expectations and we are very much enjoying our new relaxing facility.

Really helpful in giving us priority in view of...
Really helpful in giving us priority in view of the need to replace a damaged window. Matched previous windows installed by Visual but price was higher than expected.
