Had Five new windows, "Rockdoor" composite door and side panels fitted. Great experience from first visiting the showroom to fitting. Great team, very friendly and professional will not hesitate to recommend.

Cannot say how pleased we are with the recent work carried out by Visual. They built an Orangery for us a while back and we were very pleased with how that went so it was logical for us to ask them to quote for new windows and replace the front porch. I had an idea in my head of how it would look but with the help of Steven Brewer from their sales team, they managed to supply us with a very beautiful front porch with the wow factor. From Sales through to all the trades we were happy with the quality, organization, and friendliness of the various teams. They would be my first go-to on any ongoing projects and the best bit was they were way cheaper than Safestyle and Coral windows. Safestyle fitted our last windows which never really fitted properly this time Visual have delivered a high-quality product and I,m delighted. Not sure where the negative comments have come from but it's not the company I recognize or experienced and I,m pretty picky with work done. I have no problem with recommending them.

We are very pleased with the construction of our conservatory. Good workmanship by the builders, fitters, electrician and plasterers. Pleased with the finish and how it looks.

We found Visual through an internet search. We visited them and spoke to them through their director Steve cooper, and we’re impressed by their simple uncomplicated process of talking us through the process of how it works and the time lives for commissioning a conservatory. We had a particular design in mind, and the visuals were responsive and delivered exactly what we were planning. The end product is excellent. We are so pleased. The work was completed well in time. Excellent service right from the initial visit to discuss our requirements, the design process, groundwork, the actual build and installation and completion. While, All aspects were well organised, from ordering the skip, materials, and building regulations took place as promised. The payment schedule was clear, although I was not impressed by unnecessary being chased for payments, as we paid exactly within a day of the requested schedule. Nothing too much to put us off. We can speak highly of Gary and Dominic who fitted the special roof and we’re so friendly and polite. All trades man from plumbing to electrician and plaster guys did a great job. Can think of any glitches at all, we have already recommended visuals to several friends and new neighbours who are considering a conservatory. Great service, professional in every way. Had a new “self-clean” roof fitted to the existing conservatory over a week ago. Fitters were brilliant; friendly, efficient and never stopped. Work took 1.5 days and at the end of each day you wouldn’t know they’d been … cleared everything away professionally. The only minor issue is we thought we were getting an orangery from initial survey but this was not the case …. probably our misunderstanding ….. and wish we could stop bird droppings to one side as it does tend to spoil the effect!! The conservatory now though is a lot warmer and quieter in the rain; more comfortable to sit in. Would definitely recommend. Thanks

Visual were recommended by friends, and we were able to see the quality of their work. Great service right from the initial visit to discuss our requirements, through the design process, survey, groundwork, build and installation. All aspects were well organised, from ordering the skip, materials, building regulations and the various trades who arrived in a timely manner. All the trades were polite and professional and tidied up behind themselves. we have had a conservatory revamp and had thought we were emplying a specialist company but now find the reality of what we have:

1) Patio doors too large that cant be hooked back as there isnt enough space on the wall to do so, but do blow around in the wind.

2) Doors have a 5 cm lip which is a HUGE trip hazard on top of the already 25 cm entrance into the room. Did we know that this existed? No, Were we asked about it? No! We have tried to sort this with them and all they do is tell us WE should have considered this when it was designed. Isn't this a consideration for a company who specialises in designing conservatories, to ask about. No instead we are told that the design person is not part of their team, but self employed - passing the buck. Great, do they give a dam - no! Their email to us advised that a local builder could be employed by us to sort it!

Any Mortimer today spoke over me, wasn't interested and didn't care! Pass the parcel, not is problem!
