The salesman who visited our home was very polite and very helpful. I was, however, annoyed that he said that the company didn't have a lot of work on and consequently if we considered to use your company he would make a discount if we could have the work done almost straight away. I found out later from all the other workmen that they were very busy, indeed, we were supposed to have all the work completed by the end of September, however, it was the middle to late October before all the work was completed! John and Ben who constructed the base and brick work were fantastic. Always cheerful and helpful. Mark and Mark who constructed the conservatory were both stars. The weather conditions they had to work in was awful, however, unlike other companies, they worked through it and were cheerful and helpful at all times. Kevin (hopefully I have the name corrected) who fitted our flooring was a gentleman and made a fantastic job. Ian the gas mans work was matriculates. I would recommend his workmanship to anyone. Paul and Patrick the electricians were polite and helpful and I would recommend their work to anyone Mark returned and did the second fix and as usual, friendly, polite and so helpful.. Unfortunately I cannot remember another gentleman's name but he came and resolved the issue I was having with one of the sliding doors. As usual polite and very helpful. Both Paul and Steve who I spoke to on the phone were both very helpful and very understanding when we had any issues, which were very few. Punctuality of all the workmen was fantastic. Overall I would certainly recommend your Company and would be happy if any of your future customers wanted to look at the workmanship of our conservatory or ask us any questions. Thank you so much for all the hard work that was displayed by all the team, I am so happy with the end result and cant wait to be able to use it on a daily basis.

The door that I purchased for my house was installed beautifully, the design was perfect and the aftercare support great. I did find the approach in the sales room a little heavy even though I knew exactly what i wanted and I think the design of the brochure looks a bit outdated too, probably great if you've a 50 year old woman but not a mid 20's man. Cool it up a bit, just a bit of good graphic design would go a long way to improve the image. other than that a great selection

We could not have had a better team of fitters they were brilliant. The old conservatory was taken down and the new one fitted in 1 day! The next day the little bit of plastering that was required was done - job finished. I would recommend this company to anybody without hesitation.

Appalling experience, though end result (more than 3 months after work was commenced) is satisfactory. It is simply not acceptable for a salesman to sell you what you want in order to achieve a sale and then to find the promises cannot be fulfulled. In my view, complete waste of time meeting with a salesman, needs to be with a surveyor. The workmen unable to attend first thing in the morning as agreed, were to ring me half an hour before arrival so I could come home from work and unlock the existing porch to give them access.. It is nothing short of appalling for them to arrive, fail to ring,smash through the locked existing porch and then ring! I was not happy, my son was in bed due to the shifts he works and was woken (obviously much increased noise due to their failure to wait for access). When I got home from work the porch was replaced (though not to an acceptable standard) and NO PHONE CALL ADVISING I HAD NO DOOR!!! - a note was left INSIDE the porch advising they the door would not be replaced for nearly two weeks ! This was on the Thursday before Good Friday, I rang as soon as I got home from work to advise this was absolutely unacceptable but was told the people I needed to talk to would not be available until the Tuesday! It then became evident why the workmen had not contacted me for access - I might have discovered they didn't have a door and stopped them going any further. I was left for some considerable time without an insecure door which undoubtedly voided my insurance. In addition, there were other errors - window openings wrong, plastic instead of glass over door, appalling botched pointing (I had specifically asked that it be redone - it was already botched). Now I have to find an alternative supplier for the rest of the windows in the house which will need replacing fairly soon. The most amazing thing is it seems this company is not interested in the damage it does to its reputation!

From our initial visit to the showroom at Birstall to final job completion it has been a great experience. Our first visit to the showroom we were very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the salesman. The home visit was within a few days and again the dsalesman was honest and helpful in his assessment of what might work well for us. Bit disappointed in length of time to start job but I think this is more to do with wanting job to be done and finished asap after deciding you want an Orangery! I think its called impatience! All workmen without exception were punctual,courteous and professional. The quality of their work was excellent and they always left our home as tidy as possible at the end of each day. Any queries we had were answered promptly and the team were happy to accommodate small changes / additions to our requirements. We are thrilled with the Orangery - I think it has exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to making good use of it in the years to come. Excellent work Visual. Many many thanks

We were given a good introduction to the products on offer, and very happy to place our order with Visual. Mark paid us a visit and we agreed a package, this was followed by a visit from their survey expert. They both were very proffesional and gave us a very good delivery date. On the agreed date the team of two arrived prompt at agreed time and despite our garden and conservatory being tricky for entry they dealt well with situation along with a lovely sense of humour. We are very pleased with the result and we intend to place a further order with Visual and will recommend them to our friends and neighbours.

This was my third order in appointing you to fit my new windows and doors. First two were with conservatory outlet and this one was with Visual. Having been told that you are all Conservatory Outlet I was getting phone calls from Conservatory Outlet sales team who I placed my first two orders with and was told that Visual are not part of Conservatory Outlet and was informed number of time to cancel my order with them and come back to place an order with them. This was the only complaint I have for being told to cancel my order. On the day of the fitting I was pleased to see that the van which turned up was from Conservatory Outlet. can not find fault with work men any thing asked of them was not too much trouble advise from surveyor was great.all went very well.always left site clean and tidy.ready for nice weather to get full use of my extra room.thank you all

All the team who have been involved in our conservatory project have been brilliant. Corteous, professional and pleasant, a really pleasure to have around and now that the conservatory is finished I actually miss them being around. This is the second conservatory we have had from Visual (nothing wrong with the previous one, just a change of design), and I would recommend them and use them again in a heart beat. The quality of their work is fantastic, and if previous work is anything to go by, their standard of aftersales care is outstanding. We love our new solid roof conservatory as it will make a huge difference to our family life. My only criticism would be that the plaster and electrician who came (outside contractors) did not have the same impecable standard of finish, punctuality and cleanliness as Visual's own guys, but may be that is because they set a very high standard that is hard to match. We will be having Visual back for our next project.
