Overall we are very happy with the orangery. The workmen were very polite and conscientious. Despite having a few 'snow days', the orangery was still completed quickly. Everything was organised very well and went to plan perfectly. We only had a couple of issues, one being the omission of outside steps from the plans but this was dealt with promptly (although I don't think this would have been picked up if we hadn't have mentioned something). The only points we would like to make is that the outside was not left as clean and tidy as it started. Some of this maybe down to general building works but there was quite a lot of rubbish left scattered around the garden, building debris on top of our garden furniture and there is still concrete-like residue left on the drive. I was also slightly disappointed at how promptly payment was requested. On one occasion, payment was requested on the Friday afternoon when that section of the building works was not due to be completed until the Saturday morning. Finally, with regard to this survey, the letter states that the prize draw is to win £2,500 when this website states £500!

The project started well with attentive salesman and quick fitting date. I paid a large chunk of the price agreed. Fitters on the day were polite and professional and the product looked good albeit in the dark. I paid the full balance as requested. On inspection of the porch in the morning, the work had not been completed to the highest standards and there was a leak. A piece of work agreed as part of the negotiations also hadn't been undertaken. Finally, my wife was unhappy that the door was sticking. On ringing the company I found the attention levels had dropped but we did eventually have someone turn up unannounced (we had visitors) The man was sarcastic and blunt and left without doing any of the work. Over 3 weeks later nothing further has been heard and the agreed work has not been completed.

From start to finish Visual were friendly and professional We can not praise them enough. We will recommend them, it has been a pleasure to deal with the team. Thanks for all your help.

New orangery plus replacement of 26 windows and one new stable door. Minimum waiting time after order. All tradesmen well coordinated and worked well together. Would certainly recommend to others

After a slight confusion over the start date the whole process could not have been any better. ALL the team involved were friendly, punctual and have fitted us a great porch which all who see say looks like it was built as part of the original house. Great job. Even managed to carefully demolish the old delapidated porch (cheerfully) as I wanted to save the old glass which made their job a lot harder. Thankyou the whole team.

Glad to have lived long enought to actually had a big job done right first time with no complaints, and able to score the company with full marks in every department. Cannot believe how it all came together so fast and efficient. Never left a feed back before, but it would be an injustice to Visual and all the great people, and we dealt with over ten from start to finish, not to tell every sceptical person like me, that this firm does actually do what they say, when they say and even at a good price. My conservatory roof was replaced after much dissatisfaction from a previous supplier. What a fantastic result, my conservatory is now warm and usable, it is a pleasure to sit in and relax. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I cannot believe what a difference it has made. Thank you for every thing.

Really great service and I am delighted with the end product. Everybody was on time and very helpful. I have had several conservatories built over the years and this has been the best. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
