Overall end product is beautiful. Unfortunately my concerns about my sloping garden were largely dismissed. This became a problem when I couldn't open out the French doors toward the garden. The promise of no damage to my garden were also wrong as the mini digger churned up my lawn. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the builders and the sales team. The most disappointing aspect was the initial refusal to leave the garden and area around the orangerie in a suitable condition. In order to put this right I had to pay a builder myself to build a retaining wall and pathway. I eventually received a small contribution towards the cost. I can't fault the actual build and we are delighted with the finished product.

FRENCH PATIO DOORS FITTED 29/4/2015 THEY WERE OK AT FIRST THEN THEY STARTED SQUEEKING ON OPENING THEN WHEN THE WIND GOT UP IT STARTED BLOWING THROUGH THE BOTTOM SIDE OF THE DOOR (DOORS OPEN OUT) 24/5/2015. AFTER COMING HOME FROM A SHORT BREAK I NOTICED THE DOOR WAS CATCHING THE OPPOSIT DOOR FRAME WHEN BEING CLOSED (31/5/2015) ON CLOSER INSPECTION I NOTICED THE MIDDLE HINGE ON ONE DOOR HAD A GRUB SCREW FITTED ,THE OTHER FIVE ARE MISSING. THERE ARE NON OUTSIDE ON THE BLOCK PAVING.

Having seen the new Loggia Conservatories on Ultraframe's website we requested more information from them and they directed us to Visual Conservatories. At the outset we were not very impressed with the salesman, Steve, who forgot which product we were interested in when he arrived, even though we were speaking to him the day before in the showroom and also made one or two other misplaced comments. however we proceeded with the purchase as we were happy with the price and Visual were highly recommended by Ultreframe. From then onwards we were highly delighted with all aspects of the job, from efficient and polite tradesmen to standard of snagging and ultimately the end product. Thankyou Visual we love our new conservatory.

The workmen used were all very good and polite. The drawings for the conservatory, which I only saw when the workmen arrived, showed the wrong dimensions. I had agreed an internal width of 3m and was provided with a conservatory where the external dimension was 3m.

We had a conservatory from Visual about 9 years ago and have been very pleased with it and the afterservice. So, we chose Visual for our new windows and door - we knew the product would be good quality and we felt that the price was fair. The fitters arrived on the agreed day and time and they proved to be excellent in the way they went about their work, polite, accommodating, took real pride in the job and made the minimum of mess and disruption. The overall experience was excellent and we would be very happy to have Visual for any further home improvements. Our only slight criticism would be that there can sometimes be communication issues within the company.

Replacement conservatory completed to a good standard with professionalism throughout. The fitters were very professional, arrived on time and completed the job to a high standard in one day. Thank you.

I had great difficulty getting someone to commit to a date for fitting everytime I rang the person I needed was out on site and didn't return my call which I thought wasn't very good . On my fourth call the person I spoke to (still not the person I was trying to get hold of) suggested a date in the following week and the work was done on that date. I had waited for two weeks after I had paid £500.00 deposit and I just thought that someone should have come back to me and told me when the job was going to happen. It wasn't good customeer service.

Good job I am a project manager but just a shame I could not be on the job full time. Builders were a nightmare, untidy, destroyed my lawn, started to build it in the wrong place, stone does not match existing. Pointing several different colours and type. Floor not suitable for conservatories. Window fitters excellent. Electrician did not know I was ? For an 8 x 6 Orangery it could have been a great example for Conservatory Outlet.

We can honestly say every stage of the building of our orangery has been a pleasure. The workmen, Alan & Dean, John & Ben, Mark & Mark, Ben & Ryan, Brendan, Ian, Trevor, and Kevin have all done a wonderful job. Always on time and all very courteous. We felt in very good hands when we visited the showroom. All the work has gone smoothly. We have had visits during the building from Garry the building manager. We can highly recommend this firm, and I'm sure our friends and family can see for themselves the high quality of workmanship in our lovely orangery.

Did a great job in adverse weather conditions. These were the last three windows in our house prior to Visual had fitted bi fold doors, conservatory and 12 windows on a previous contract. Just the three doors to do once we have saved up!!.

The whole process was so easy from start to finish. Really helpful and professional service from all of Visual staff, from Sales to Installation- would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
