The electrical installation initially was poor and had to be redone, however when we contacted Visual about our concerns they were dealt with quikly and satisfactory. On the planning side I thought that the electrical installation should have been done before the floor was laid that would have probably avoided the above problem.

All the staff at Visual are very professional, very informative with every step on building our orangery. The builders/installers were very punctual and friendly. 1st class service from everyone. We will definitely recommend Visual to all our friends and family.

We had triple glazed windows fit throughout the house and a new conservatory roof fit. From beginning to end the service we felt we received was terrible. We were told the work would take 2 to 3 days but we ended up taking another 6 days off work to have all the problems rectified. We had 16 points and all but one were agreed and rectified eventually. A full breakdown of our journey has been submitted to visual and can be forwarded to youselves if you are interested. Unfortunately a few weeks later after completion of the works,which spanned over almost 2 mths, one pane of glass formed a film and air bubbles within the panes of glass which has now been changed. Sadly i would not recommend visual to anyone not even my worst enemy infact we were so disappointed we felt justified in not paying our invoice in full. We were originally going to order composite doors but after the appalling service we received we took our custom elsewhere which we were very pleased with. I hope you take the trouble to discuss this matter with Steve who we felt was totally unprofessional, we did not have a problem with Phil, and he will be able to provide a copy of our List of Problems as there is too much to explain in this review. We dealt with the birstall branch initially but for the defected piece og glass we were told to go through head office and the customer service there was just as bad from being told i was ringing too early 9.15am and that the computer was not switched on, being told they would ring back, which was a general problem throughout the fit, to then telling me the system was down and could not advise when the glass would be available to then just saying they were coming on a particular day without any prior arrangement and i only found that out when i rang them otherwise they would have been coming out to an empty house. The lack of professionalism, lack of customer service, lack of attention to detail and lack of communication is unexcusable for such a large organisation. We thought the whole process from the original visit from the salesman, who was extremely helpful and professional, through to the completion of our conservatory was excellent. We have been delighted with the finish and the quality of the conservatory and we would thoroughly recommend your business to anyone wanting a similar product. The sales meeting went well and the date for fitting arranged very quickly. The old conservatory was demolished and the new conservatory was built in 3 days. Then due to difficult circumstances with electrical fittings it took a while to get the conservatory completed. We were completely happy with the workmen who came built the conservatory they worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. The conservatory is now in continual use instead of not used because of heat or cold, the conservatory one looks great.

From initial visit to showroom to completion of a large project including 11 windows,1 Bay window,2 High quality rock doors and an orangery. From visit to showroom to completion took less than 4 weeks and the standard of the products and the workmanship are outstanding,A big thank you to. Stephen,Sales designer. very nice staff, all very polite, you can bring anyone at any time to look around, I went to the showroom in Birstall but older persons might not want to go that far, so they are welcome to look around mine at ant time. we use the conservatory every day and recommend this company to anyone, Thank you Steve Cooper, Steve Brewer

We would definitely recommend Visual Conservatories. We were given excellent advice when purchasing the conservatory and doors. We couldn't fault any of the tradesmen that came, all were friendly and did a first class job. We have had positive remarks from everyone that has seen the conservatory and we have had quite a few comments about the quality of the plastering. All in all, a first class job from start to finish.
