Great fast response with a quote etc. Great salesman and fast turn around. However the quality of the fitting and the customer service at times (customer interaction) do not match this standard. Following the fitting some problems have become obvious. The fitting let the team down.

A great installation, so much so that my neighbour at number 2 stopped to speak to your installers to say she was impressed with how clean they had kept the site and that she would be asking them for a quote early next year!
James and Jodie did a great job in awful weather, I was well impressed.

We had our front door fitted first, so pleased, had the Windows replaced, just had the French doors fitted. Excellent service two of our neighbours have viewed ours and have had there's done. I Cannot recommend this company highly enough, from the first contact to the fitting professional all the way. The two men who fit our windows we requested to have back to fit the French doors, as you could not ask for better, tidy working, pleasant and polite delightful.
I would not hesitate in any way to say if you are thinking about having new windows and doors don't hesitate they are excellent.

Aftersales care is disgraceful. Nobody contacts...
Aftersales care is disgraceful. Nobody contacts you back, we have had our conservatory for 9 years now with broken seals on the skylights. We have told them over and over again and nobody will take responsibility. Also the back door has discoloured, we sent pictures, again nobody cares. The culture seems to be to blame everyone else within the company.
Would not recommend this company for that reason alone.

Visual Conservatories, windows and doors came...
Visual Conservatories, windows and doors came recommended to me from my parents who recently had 2 new doors fitted.
I was very pleased with the service I received for the pruchase of my triple glazed windown. I am intended on using them again to replace two further windows in the next 12 months once I have saved so money due to the cost of triple glazing.
I would happily recommend them to a friend.
The two men who fitted the window did an excellent and speedy job, They were very friendly and cheery.

We had front and back doors replaced by composite...
We had front and back doors replaced by composite doors by visual conservatories and we are very pleased with them. When we went to the showroom they explained and showed us what was considered the best doors. 3 weeks later they rang and arranged fitting, they were fitted in one day by excellent fitters without any mess. The house especially the kitchen is lighter and we now have less drafts and higher security.

Impressed by most aspects of the service provided and very pleased with the finished product. Big projects in your own home are always unsettling but the impact was minimised by a considerate and careful crew. Very satisfied.

Having had no previous knowledge of Visual we were not sure what to expect,but we did not need to have had any concerns. Throughout the entire process we were delighted with the helpful attitude of all your staff and the fitting teams were first class, being efficient, polite and friendly and went to great pains to ensure our satisfaction as a result my wife and I are delighted with our new windows and doors and would have no hesitation inrecommending your company in the future.

This company has very good team they all explain everything from beginning to finish they have very good set up I can recommend them to anyone there quality service and communication went very smooth you can say your in safe hand if you go with visual conservatory they will look after you I'm very please with my nice orangeries that built few weeks ago.

On the whole we had a very good experience when we decided to engage with Visual Conservatories in Mirfield and, apart from some minor teething troubles with the conservatory doors requiring adjustments, which were promptly attended to, we have enjoyed it every day.

the two lads who fitted our gutters,Door and new windows were very polite, Hard working and very professional.
They always left everything clean and tidy
We are extremely happy with our windows and door and gutters
We know if we have any problems you will sort it out out
Not like some of the other company's
Quite a few people have looked at our new composite door and are very impressed
we wouldn't hesitate in passing on your phone number and recommending yourselves
