All workmen that came were friendly and professional. They got the job done in extreme weather conditions, even the boss did his bit. I would highly recommend Visual to everybody. Thank you for a fantastic job.

One broken panel on delivery with another faulty,...
One broken panel on delivery with another faulty, broken panel quickly replaced but still waiting for replacement for the faulty unit.
Surveyor stood on conservatory roof and dislodged a roof panel. He said it wasn't his fault, and although I have complained to Visual I have met a brick wall, just not interested at all.
The young lad helping the installer - I would rather he had asked before using our bathroom for a wash and using my deodorant.
Good product spoilt by off hand service so at this time I would be unlikely to recommend Visual.

Extremely pleased with the installation of our new conservatory by the Visual team!! The entire process was well managed and the various teams that came across to execute their tasks were excellent. Ample choices were made available for selection and the advice offered was invaluable. Well done to the team and we would highly recommend Visual Conservatories to anyone interested in a conservatory!

The 2 guys that installed my new conservatory roof worked to the highest standard they removed my old roof and installed my new one on the same day we are extremely please with the end product and would not hesitate to recommend visual to anyone.

Really happy with Visual - the workmen Paul and...
Really happy with Visual - the workmen Paul and Andrew were absolutely brilliant - they worked very hard and tidied up after themselves on every day they were working. Conservatory great with the underfloor heating and windows and door makes the house much warmer.
The two other workmen who came to fit the underfloor heating were also great - would definately recommend your company!

The quality of the materials is of a high...
The quality of the materials is of a high standard. The fitting team need to pay more attention to detail irrespective of factory settings as there was a fair bit of snagging to be done and a two corners to be re-constructed/corrected. The hole diameter for the down lights in the plinth needs widening to allow for the light fitting (perhaps another 6mm) as one of the light fittings broke trying to place it.
I was informed that I wouldn't need extra heating other than under floor - not true as the air flow for the roof requires additional heating to combat the overall effect on the orangery (room is not warm enough with just under floor).
Other than these comments I am pleased with orangery and would still recommend to others.

My husband and I purchased, and had fitted doors and windows from your company through Steven ( fitting by Danny and his son), we have been so delighted with the appearance of the systems we had installed, the marketing, fitting and after sales were all incredible. I recently recommended you to my mother and she also has purchased and had fitted, doors and windows which lived up to my expectations and far, exceeded hers. The workmanship was exceptional and from start to finish nothing was too much trouble.
