    Sub contractors failed to arrive on booked date...

    Sub contractors failed to arrive on booked date but didn't telephone to let me know that they wouldn't be able to attend. I had to chase, they arrived next day. Apart from this the final project was as I had hoped.

    The members of staff that I encountered were...

    The members of staff that I encountered were polite, friendly, punctual and efficient. Although there was a minor issue with design at one stage this was dealt with speedily, efficiently and to my complete satisfaction without any delay to the job which was completed within schedule anyway. I would be happy to recommend Permaframe to anyone.
