We have used Permaframe for replacing a conservatory roof, now solid, and now fitting of front composite and back Upvc doors. Excellent service in every way and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Apart from the salesman coming up with a quote which couldn't be done the rest of the process was pretty good although there was some delay due to the salesman's error. Otherwise very pleased with the installation.

Good sales representative who was able to explain products and give me a good quote. Fitting date was given very quickly which was great. On the installation day it appeared to go well with pleasant workmen fitting it. However, have had a few issues with the door leaking water so engineers have had to come out and fix the issue 3 times. Each time they came out they had to fix different things. Predominately sufficient sealing, draining holes needed to be drilled out etc. Appears ok now. Permaframe were apologetic and dealt with my problems swiftly. Overall I’d say I was happy.

This is our second installation from Permaframe and in both instances the quality of the product and professionalism of the installation team was excellent.

Initially I was informed it would take two days to complete. It actually took three. The fitters were surprised we had been told it would only take two days.

To construct a conservatory. I cant thank Permaframe enough. Job well done. Started and finished on time, the finish was immaculate and they left the site completely clean. Their price was very reasonable and their salesmen were very accommodating.

Review of Permaframe 2016 Since 2013 we have had windows and doors installed by Permaframe, although there have been niggling issues they have been sorted out quite quickly. The last two windows installed were not of the same quality, all three panes on one window had a prominent wavy effect and had to be replaced twice, the third replacement had a scratch on one pane and excess internal black trim on another pane, both faults were small but annoying none the less. We had to accept this as it was within the 50mm wide band around the edge of the glass; according to the GGF quality of vision document sent to me. The installer notified us of both these faults yet we were assured they had been checked prior. Would I recommend Permaframe …….?
