We have just had 12 new windows and a front door with side panels fitted by Pennine Windows. We are extremely satisfied with the windows and door. They look even better than we hoped. Three of the windows, above a large conservatory and a large dormer window, were in tricky positions but the installation was carried out expertly. They impressed us with their attention to detail and high standard of workmanship. They also left the rooms and outside areas very clean and tidy - a good job well done.

Very pleased with the end result of our conservatory. We did have a few delays due to the shortage of building materials, but I can't really blame Pennine for this as it seems to be a UK wide issue as I found out when my sofa that was due in 4 weeks from a big national is now not due for a further 16 weeks.

We had issues with the build in terms but Stuart and Jamie really did turn it around and the end product is a lovely new room which is getting plenty of use. We got there in the end and, on reflection, we're happy with the end product!

We have been a Pennine customer for over a year now and, whilst there have been little challenges along the way, due to Covid 19 restrictions and impact, we have found all the staff that we have come into contact with, whether they have been sales and office administration staff or members of the building and installation teams, to be courteous, very helpful and highly competent in their own roles/fields.

We have been enjoying our beautiful new orangery for a year now and friends and family absolutely love it! This was a significant investment for us and it has made a huge difference. We’ve enjoyed it so much that we have spent most of our time at home in this beautiful new living space! We also replaced our old front door with a modern composite door and side window panels last July and today Pennine have completed the installation of our new French Doors, in a finish to match the orangery. Connor and his team mate, Dean were just brilliant today, going the extra mile and working tirelessly in the heat to complete the work to a very high standard!

Love our new orangery, everyone we met from Pennine was first class from sales to the guys that came to do the snagging. A few delays due to weather and some unforeseen works but nothing that caused any problems. Everyone that has seen it has been really impressed. THANK YOU PENNINE!

Recently moved into an old house that needed 4 single glazed windows replacing. My first time ordering windows so I wasn't really sure what to expect but Pennine gave lots of good advice and the fitters were very polite and friendly. Would recommend.

We employed Pennine to replace all the windows and doors in our home. We can't fault the Pennine products or service from start to finish. There were a couple of bumps in the road over supply dates but we expected that at the moment after recently completing some other home upgrade projects with similar issues.

Everyone we met was really helpful and the quality of the finish is outstanding. We can't thank the team enough and love the new look of our house.
