We had our new composite front door and side panel fitted by Pennine. We are very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the door and side panel and in particular the fitting. Conner arrived early and had it all fitted with painstaking precision, and no fuss, mess or drama. All companies benefit from having professional, knowledgeable competent and pleasant staff working for them, but Conner and his assistant surpassed this easily. He is a credit to the company, and it was a pleasure having them at our house, they made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. We are delighted and can not praise them, and Pennine enough.

Excellent service from initial consultation, ordering, survey and installation of our replacement windows. The fitters did a great job with attention to all aspects of the process including the final cleaning and finishing which resulted in absolutely no making good being required. The installation was completed in the scheduled time.

We have just had all of our windows replaced and we are really happy with the service from the start of the process throughout and especially with the installation. It was a large difficult job (20 + sash windows with secondary glazing!) All the staff were helpful and efficient but we would particularly like to praise the installation team - Billy Chapman and Peter Bell, they are a very skilled team with attention to detail ensuring we got the best of installation and Finnish. We would definitely recommend Pennine Home for any future projects.

Your operatives arrived dead on time. Started work immediately upon introducing themselves. They were very pleasant, laying down sheets. Fully explained what they would be doing in great detail. Removed all rubbish after finished and cleared away a few scraps. You should be proud having such excellent operatives.

We had a new composite door fitted today by Pennine. A bit expensive but like everything, you get what you pay for. The fitters Phil and Logan were great, they turned up early ( better for us) and got to work straight away. They were professional and friendly and fitted our new door beautifully. They cleaned the door when they were finished and took all the rubbish away. They also showed us the special features on the door that we didn’t know were there. We were very pleased with their work.

Just recently Pennine supplied & installed further windows & a replacement front door. The work was carried out by a hard-working 2 man team (Chris & Andrew) in a very efficient manner to a high standard & were a credit to the company whom we have used a number of times in the past & would have no problems using in the future.

The fitters did a great job; they worked non stop to get them in in the time scale and they were very friendly and communicated throughout. Yesterday Pennine put in two kitchen windows for me. The standard of the work is excellent and the professionalism of the fitters and tidiness was outstanding.

I have given 5 stars for the quality of the bow window, composite door and workmanship of the fitters. Everyone who worked on the project was exceptional, from the bricklayers and fitters through to the Project Administrator who managed everything with the utmost professionalism. I would use Pennine again in the future because of the quality of the product and the workmanship of the fitters.
