Bit of a problem with initial fit (new employee apparently) however have always felt it’s HOW a firm deals with a problem that arises which counts for a lot ...and I couldn’t fault this at all, from 1st conversation about issue to completion of work. Excellent team were sent to resolve those issues and we’re very pleased with it all now.k

Delighted with finished product though the delay in starting was very disappointing and not communicated to the customer. Installers were excellent.
