Altogether a great experience getting a new front door and patio doors from Mitchell's Glass. The communication and organisation was excellent. The fitters were very friendly, considerate, on time and detailed in their work. A slight improvement was needed and was dealt with very quickly. Even though we all had to wait due to covid, once it was possible again, everything was reorganised and carried on as before. Really pleased with the work. Thank you.

Whilst the whole service and products have been great I am particularly grateful to the fitters. They explained everything when asked and perhaps more importantly they located three minor issues which they reported and had remedied quickly and efficiently. It was a no-stress experience on our behalf and we're really happy with the end result.

The manners, expertise, punctuality and workmanship was second to none and I have already recommended them to friends who are about to embark upon renovations. This is the second occasion we have used Mitchells Glass to install doors and windows. There were issues with installation last time, i.e workmen using quality furniture as step ladders to install windows and the damage caused to paintwork in other areas of the house. One of the doors has since had to be replaced completely under guarantee, and still feel that when this happens due to poor quality a full 10 year guarantee should be issued with the new door at date of installation, and not just the remainder of the initial 10 year guarantee on the original door!!! After this experience we said we would never used Mitchells Glass again. Having looked at other installers in the area, we returned to have replacement doors fitted as we felt although slightly more expensive than their competitors, they were superior doors in quality, colour choice and fitments. On this occasion, we had different fitters and they could not have been more professional in the installation. We are thoroughly delighted with the new doors and they have totally transformed the look of the house. Would definitely recommend these fitters, just a pity they didn't install the doors and windows in our other house.
