A difficult one to organise due to covid restrictions and delays in production out with Mitchell’s control but I felt the team dealt with the issue as best they could and understood our concerns when they arose. Flexible and helpful. As returning Customers we remain pleased with the service.

Noting the numerous simple matters regarding the standard of work and not the the products provided, the experience and cost fell far below that of any organisation charging top price for their services and perceived quality of organisation. While the list of matters have been recorded elsewhere by the organisations manager, I did not use more time informing the manager of the fact the french door section of work was not wiped down nor glass work cleaned when I realised same a short time later. Having cleaned the glass work following other unrelated work being completed within the house, I then realised one glass insert had an apparent small scratch thereon. While this mark is cosmetic, I would anticipate a new glass unit would be required and a manufacturing issue, and not a concern as the potential for even more inconvenience was not required and causes no fault to the glass unit. Noticing this mark due to being required to wipe down the interior and exterior, including glass work being cleaned myself, having not been completed by the organisations operatives, compounded my thoughts of annoyance with the non complicated job, albeit a small goodwill gesture was provided regarding the total cost of the job.

As we had some problems I would be reluctant to recommend to others although the problems were finally resolved .

We turned our garage into a lounge, which required the replacement of the garage door with a new glazed screen, which Mitchell Glass provided and fitted for us. To reduce cost I organised separate trades, which meant some coordination was done by me. This resulted in the screen being fitted before the ingoes were correctly completed and so it was not quite right first time around. Mitchell Glass re-fitted the screen without complaint as quickly as possible to enable me to compete the project with minimal delay. A great professional service!

Great windows, but badly advised on how much thinner they were than the sash windows we had. The plastic trim hiding the gap looked horrendous so got the new windows plastered in at great expense and mess and we still have to paint. So disappointed!

Apart from the attitude of the salesman all other members of staff and contractors were very good. When any issues arose we were able to sort them out.

Had a small problem with one of the doors which was fixed very quickly with no fuss
