Organisation from office to tradesmen was poor - no communication. Big shout out to the joiner who did our skirting boards - above+ beyond. Plasterer + electrician played me a bit - took other jobs + planned it that way. Seems it was OK for me to take time off work. Dissapointing fitter of roof + product- Excellent.

Not very happy as to how the build of porch was handled. Needs organisation to be organised.

Some windows had to be replaced and the lock on the rock door broke & various other problems.

Workmanship good by all tradesmen, However very mislead on price. was quoted £23384.00 for basic Orangry, which included demolition and removal of old conservatory (wood), This then changed with the following extras, Under floor heating £1425.00 Tiles £760.00 Window changed £360.00 Radiator £445.00 back wall cladding £690.00 Total £27064.00 The wall cladding was ordered as a standby if the brickwork was not suitable after the flashband was removed, I was to make that decision. The radiator was cancelled -£440 The cladding was not used -£690 I was then told that the wall would need rebuilding and the cost would be exta. A bricklayer arrived and removed the flashband and plaster that should have been removed in the demolition price, and replaced 32 bricks from what was surplus to the build. This was already evident from day one when the salesman assesed the project that the work would be done in the original quote. I did not recive the refund for the cladding or radiator as was told that this cost would be used for the work on the wall, I was told that the radiator had not been costed in the project which it clearly had. Happy with the work and trades involved, NOT happy with having to pay for somthing that should have been made clear to me at the start of the project.

Having used this company many times for different projects.the whole experience is first class.

Never rang to say when work men coming, never return phone calls re query's. Would not recommend in a million years.

Garage side door and window. Soffits and gutters. Replacement front door panel and lounge window glass. The fitters were fine, both pleasant and hard working. However I am not really satisfied with the front door panel as it is a different shade than the existing door. The fitters said it was slightly thicker than the old panel and although they fitted it well, considering the problems, it does not fit flush with the existing frame. I feel that the potential shade difference should have been mentioned when we ordered and by the surveyor. Your views would be appreciated.
