High quality, attractive windows and doors, with excellent security features, all installed and finished to a very high standard. Great communication from the office, fitters were very knowledgeable, and experienced. They left each room / work area clean and tidy, and removed / refitted existing window blinds as part of the service. We are particularly impressed by the standard security features included in the windows and doors, and the wood used for the windowsills, which is of good quality, expertly varnished by a qualified tradesman. All the work was completed within the timeframe submitted. Altogether a first-class job done, and I have no hesitation in recommending Bon Accord Glass to anyone considering replacement windows or doors.

From start to finish bon accord have been great, not only with helping us out on quoting the whole house, fitting us in due to my work commitments and working around our budget they were by far the best we had around  quoting. 
One thing I have to say Graeme was not pushy, left us alone to discuss and was happy to take any calls we had, came in on his day off so I could see around the showroom and see what we were going to get.

Had patio doors and a window replaced. The fitters called the night before and organised the time for next morning and they arrived bang on time. They put sheets down all around the work area and inbetween prior to beginning. I was amazed at how quickly everything was replaced and what a fantastic job they did. Everything cleared up and hoovered upon completion. Very happy with the quality of work from the two fitters, great job.

Recently had 3 doors and 11 windows replaced . Third of time of using them but this was certainly the biggest job. Very pleased with the quality of the work that has been done. They always turned up exactly when they said, kept us informed of progress and any issues they found, and if necessary found sensible and effective solutions. The windows and doors all look great and have been finished to a high standard. The quality of the products used is also very high. They were very efficient and cleared away everything at the end of each day so the house was usable again until the next day. Would highly recommend.

Two new doors installed. Front door had a couple of issues with it. Installation co-ordinator was straight on the phone stating that it would be replaced.
Service is second to none. Door fitters were excellent. Great job. Will be using again to do windows in the future.

I have used Bon Accord twice to replace 19 windows and a door. From the initial sales person coming out before covid, to completion, they have all been superb. The quality of the windows and the door and very good. Delivery time was a bit slow, but that was due to covid for the first lot. And then me catching covid for the second lot. We had a small blip but it was dealt with promptly and the issue corrected with no fuss. I will use them again for any future projects.
