After receiving several quotes we chose Bon Accord Glass to replace 3 of our windows. From initial contact in the Showroom to the joiner putting the finishing touches to the outside rendering, all the staff involved have been friendly and professional. The fitters arrived on time, did an excellent job including a thorough tidy up. Admin staff were in regular contact to provide advice and support. I have no hesitation in recommending Bon Accord Glass.

Over the 5 years in my home, I have replaced 10 windows, 2 doors, and a set of French doors. I have just ordered the last 2 windows and the house will be complete. Having executed the usual tour of potential suppliers for roofline installation I selected Bon Accord through reputation; professional engagement in scoping the work. First class action in surveying the requirements followed by a competative quote. Having viewed a few installations I engaged Bon Accord to supply and fit the complete roofline of my House and Garage. With date agreed the installation team were early on the job, engaged with myself in reviewing the job and noting any 'special' areas requiring attention. Product for the job being delivered early in preparation for the physical work to commence. The team discussed each days program, how the work frames would be located for each section. Working diligently each day, tidying up the work area prior to departure each day. It was a pleasure having an Efficient, respectful and knowledgeable team completing the job. I have no cause to complain whether it be product, engagement, support or installation. Money well spent.

Had Bi-Fold doors fitted. The whole process through initial advice on the product best suited to the situation, through order and approval to fitting and follow up was excellent. You do get the feeling that everyone you come into contact with at Bon Accord really knows their job which gives you complete confidence that the job will be done properly. And it was. Special mention to the guys on site - when they leave you'd never have known they had been there - immaculate. With this and my previous experiences of Bon Accord I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Got my new windows fitted Livingroom/Bedroom. Very experienced 2 man team who cleaned and tidied after them. On completion we were not happy with the shape of a pelmet (personal preference) with one phone call to very helpful staff they sent out the surveyor to see our concerns within 3 days the fitters returned and changed it for us. Great service.

The 2 men were very clean and professional in the work they did at our property and did an excellent job.
