Excellent service
From our initial discussion through to installation, the service could not be faulted. The two fitters arrived early, were super efficient and faultlessly tidy. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bon Accord Glass and we will be using them again.

Fitted back door
Bon Accord Glass fitted back door for us and as always the fitters worked efficiently and tidied up afterwards. We would recommend them to anyone.

Garage Doors Installation
Very professional and helpful service from start to finish. Salesman provided excellent service and advice. Installation team were punctual and helpful with excellent workmanship.
Only criticism would be that the surveyor did not perform a thorough review resulting in challenges during installation.

Service was excellent
From start to finish the service was excellent with one exception. Once the surveyor had been and measured up, we received no further communication regarding an installation date. We had to chase up and contact the sales rep to ask when installation would take place. Other than this, I could not fault Bon Accord Glass.

The salesman was very good and helpful.
The door was fitted but it didn't shut properly and the finish round the door was very messy. It was inspected and Bon accord agreed it was very messy so a tradesman was sent back to fix it. They also removed the door and re-hung it so it now shuts better (although still needs slammed which I am not sure is normal?)
There was certainly no problem in getting these problems fixed and it was done quickly. The salesman was very good and helpful. The only issue I would have with the service was the fitters.

I am very pleased with my garden room and have received lots of positive feedback from friends and family about its design and construction. I was impressed by the courtesy of all of the staff who worked on the project and their ability just to get on with the job in a competent and timely manner. I would certainly use Bon Accord Glass again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We've purchased from you before, which was the main reason we came back. Any time we spoke with someone, they were very polite and friendly. The installation guys were running late, and it took us to phone to find out the position, but received a response very quickly. As usual, the overall experience, was as expected and standards maintained since we purchased our first door approx 15 years ago.

Organisation over phone was very good and a rep. came to my house to process job. The work men arrived exactly 8am and were very polite and tidy. I have used Bon Accord Glass before and they are very professional and efficient and would recommend them to anyone.
