The installers were very efficient; they tidied up and vacuumed after themselves, did a professional job of installing our windows and they were very pleasant and friendly.
The new windows look excellent and have improved the look of our home, inside and out. We would not hesitate to recommend Bon Accord Glass to anyone looking for new double glazing.

Ordered a new composite front door and 4 PVC windows. Salesperson and later surveyor arrived when agreed. Door and windows were installed several weeks ahead of the expected date. Installation just took one day and a bit. Installers did a good job and left the house clean. Builder came a few days later to patch up the cement on the outside. Everything looks very good, it was the third time I used Bon-Accord and I would have no hesitation using them again.

Every so often you come across quality service. The two fitters Barry & Douglas created a clean work area, very tidy and did a fantastic job. Barry noticed that sill was going to make fitting of new worktop high and removed the sill. That is what I call quality service. They also enjoyed the work which is great to see. Well done

We had bon Accord windows and conservatory 20 years ago. They contacted us to see if we needed anything and we changed our door and 2 windows. The new items fit perfectly with our older windows and although a few adjustments were needed, these were made efficiently and quickly and the final job looks great. The fitter told us about everything he was doing and made a recommendation that we found helpful. Bon Accord was as efficient and professional as they were 20 years ago so well done to them.

This is the second time we have used the Bon Accord team for home improvements ( Kitchen installation at a previous address) Whole process went as smoothly as we expected The Sales Quote was very competitive and significantly cheaper than an other well known local Home Improvement company. Workmen arrived on the agreed days and work was carried out to a high standard and with minimum fuss. As with all jobs they encountered problems on the way but worked around them to get the job done. Very pleased with our new front door from BAG. The fitters, David and Jim did a first class job(as always), knowing how particular these guys are, having had them install, windows/ door
 at previous house. Salesman and surveyor also first class and explained what was needed.

After looking at several other companies round Aberdeen and east of Scotland, I was unhappy with either their level customer service or products being offered.

I found bon accord glass and visited the showroom where I was given a reasonable quotation for the supply and fit of a new composite front door by a very helpful customer service agent. There was no pressure for sale and I was free to accept the offer after thinking it over at home. Once I had gone ahead with the deposit, a fitter was round to measure up within a week and the door was professionally fitted all within 3 weeks. I am very happy with the quality of the door supplied and would also like to highlight the clean and tidy job carried out by the fitter, who left no mess at the end of the job

I had installation of windows and doors .From the salesman , admin team and the fitters I received a first class service and was made to feel a valued customer . I highly recommend BA glass , beautifully finished windows and doors . 

Jim and Dave the 2. Joiners from Bon Accord Glass were excellent,  highly skilled, friendly, reliable and tidy. 
They worked hard to complete my windows and doors , and I am very happy with the final result. Mike the builder was also excellent and came to me on Saturday to finish off the job he couldn’t finish on the Friday due to the weather, to a high standard . I am very satisfied with my experience of Bon Accord Glass from the initial salesman who was also a qualified joiner, to the joiners and builders and the administrative staff. 
An added bonus that others have commented on, was the extra wide front door that negated the need for a glass panel.
