We used Bon Accord Glass to replace all our windows and front door and are extremely pleased with the end product. The entire process from initial sales contact, timing, installation, finishing and final inspection was handled very professionally. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with and their workmanship was excellent.

I am delighted with my extension/orangery from Bon Accord Glass. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and did an excellent job. The finished build fits in perfectly with the rest of the house.

Although my conservatory and raised patio was installed over the winter months, Ian the Bon Accord manager kept me up to date with all the work and made every effort to complete any work as agreed and always leaving the site tidy. I also found that any 'teething problems' were always dealt with asap and they never refused to correct any problems during work or after payment. Many thanks to all Bon Accord staff.

Staff were punctual, polite, tidy and skilled. After an initial problem with email address everything was handled smoothly and helpfully. Any minor problems were handled promptly and efficiently.

First contact with salesman he understood what I needed and on first visit to measure up I felt reassured that I was making the right decision. He was not pushy but confident in his product. There was a slight delay in completing because of lack of scaffolding but the matter was resolved quickly and apologies made. Three windows had the wrong trims but again the matter was resolved quickly and apologies made. The team fitting the windows did an excellent job, worked hard and took a pride in their work. They cleared up when finished and were friendly and considerate throughout. Overall I am delighted with my new windows, they have transformed my flat looking modern and easy to clean (second floor). I would have no hesitation in recommending Bon Accord Glass.

Don't do reviews but l am happy to do this one Right from the start the sales rep explained l could have the windows and doors l wanted the colour choice to style ,so l did and l am very happy with the style colour of both the windows and doors price was fair and worth it for service and goods installation the two man team l had where with no exaggeration excellent they installed my windows and doors quickly and the finished product was excellent they also had to work around the trades who were laying my flooring at the same time and they accomplished this with ease

I recently got Bon Accord to fit new windows and doors at my house and the whole process from start to finish was brilliant - from the initial appointment with Richard through to installation by Dave and Jim, everything was first class.

Bon Accord undertook the challenge of building our home extension including demolition of existing structure and concrete foundations. They were professional, courteous and kept us informed throughout the whole process. They were a one stop shop of skilled workers. We are very pleased with this addition to our home. It’s our favourite room in the house!

We had an extension built by Bon Accord with large Sunflex doors and skylight windows. Bon Accord also installed our amazing German kitchen. We are 101% pleased with end result. Staff were friendly and efficient which gave the whole project a feeling of confidence. As with any project we did have a few hitches but they were resolved straight away. We can't describe how happy we are with the end result...fantastic!

Kitchen installation - There are 3 main points Design, flexibility and communication. The Design process was excellent allowing a real size view of the options which helps make a decision on which choice to make and the designer’s expertise and experience was invaluable to work through the options. The flexibility to change as I did with fridge after agreeing design, and work dates to allow painting before installation was very welcome. Whenever I made contact, the updates and responses were quick and left me always knowing the state of progress. This provide great confidence in the company. Above these points the installation was very good, on time and quality finish. Also, all the staff were friendly and communicated well. The post installation has been excellent and the Financial zero interest deal. Thank you and you staff for a good installation experience from start to finish.

Delighted that the joiners were able to start a couple of days early and work they certainly have, windows and doors in place and the wood for the roof went up today, so very pleased with the progress. Your workers are a credit to you company, they work hard and looking in the back garden everything is left so neat and tidy when they finish for the day, it was the same with the builders, my neighbours commented how they swept outside my house each night before leaving so there was no mess left on the pavement. Because I am not changing anything in the garden the joiners appreciated that I did not want anything lying on the grass for too long in case it made the grass yellow so as you can see from the attached photos they have kept everything off the grass. I am so pleased with the build as you do hear horror stories about mess etc but certainly not in this case. A very happy customer.
