This was a big deal to my wife and I changing our windows and doors but there was no need to have any concerns, from initial contact to the end of the process has been seamless, nothing was a problem to any of the Bon Accord employees. Highly recommend them and add that to the quality of the workmanship and product, just by seeing the new windows and doors fitted would be recommendation enough.

The Bon Accord rep was professional, kept me well advised and nice to deal with, the installation manager was very helpful and patient as my tennent cancelled the install on two occasions. I was not happy when one of the fitters came in to my adjoining shop and announced the house was a "shithole"

Start time changed by company. Fitters had not been informed so turned up at PM instead of 0800 which the company informed me is when they would arrive.

BA Glass did a fantastic job throughout the process from original discussions, product choice, pricing to installation.
Throughout the duration of the installation communication was particularly good and Ian MacDonald deserves much credit for this

Roofline fascias and soffits fitted. Staff were professional and well mannered and did a great job. Not the cheapest of companies but I would have no hesitation in recommending their workmanship. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a job well done.
