First class in all areas! Since my first experience with Bon Accord they will always be my first choice in the area. My French doors and windows were installed two weeks after the survey despite the current COVID issues. Fantastic team!

From start to finish everything went smoothly. Richard was our sales adviser. He was so polite and knowledgeable. He didn't give us the hard sell that we recieved from other companies, he was honest and laid everything out and left the decision up to us. We had a few months to wait due to lock down but Bon Accord kept me up to date on what was happening and when they were able to open again. Lesley was great with info on how everything worked ie, where the builders would start and how long everything would take. I am 8 months pregnant and was feeling stressed about the windows and doors getting done so late in my pregnancy, however the joiners were fab, they came in and got cracking, and did a great job on tidying up at end of each day. They worked super hard. The painter was excellent. He did a great job and he also helped me take in my shopping delivery and take toy boxes down stairs for my daughter, he also moved some furniture for me. He really didn't need to but insisted. The builder was super too, very polite and did he job in no time. Thanks very much to Bon Accord. I will definitely recommend to everyone and anyone about the this company.

Quality product at a great price. All contact with the company friendly and professional. Fitters arrived on time and their work was second to none. Delighted with complete package.

All personnel extremely polite and helpful, they turned up every day earlier than required and prepared the site ready to start work right on 8am. Engaged Bon Accord because they had fitted my windows and as such had already demonstrated that their products and workmanship were excellent. The quality of their work was once again of a high standard, some very good comments from my neighbours regarding the finished work. More than pleased with the product and workmanship, would definitely recommend Bon Accord to anyone requiring windows or roof lining.

In the midst of COVID-19 lockdown having looked at my existing dining room door a lot...I decided I wanted to get new French doors for the room. So as soon as things were open at the beginning of June I called and asked for a quote - a sales person came out to talk over the options/colours etc. once agreed, we had a joiner out to do full measurements a few days later - then I got a call to say they would be able to fit on the 17th July. 2 fitters arrived at 8 am as agreed and were gone by 10.35 with no mess, no waste - leaving me with lovely new doors. From start to finish the service was spot on, polite, friendly and efficient from all the people I spoke with and were involved I know it is only a little project but it has made a huge difference to my dining room and I am delighted. Thank you.
