    Yes because the product is good but the company...

    Yes because the product is good but the company were very poor dealing with poor workmanship on windows delivered. Blame was put on manufacturer for poor quality of external look, but as this was only obvious after fitting, they were not prepared to remove and replace. We were left with no option and were not offered and discount due to the issues.

    I was really impressed by the whole process...

    I was really impressed by the whole process through from my first contact with the firm to the fitting and installation of the windows and door. I don't think any stage could have been any better. Congratulations to all involved!
