    From initial order I had not contact from 5 Star...

    From initial order I had not contact from 5 Star for 3 weeks or more. I telephoned and asked when my installation was to take place, I was told they would call me back. I received a call to confirm the installation date, midweek not what I requested, I specifically requested a weekend fitting. I was told they did not like fitting at weekends in case spares were needed, why would you need spares on a new installation ? Having said that the fitter was excellent his workmanship is very good and we are pleased with the finished product. 5 Star need to keep the customers informed of the progress of the orders.

    We are pleased with the conservatory/ orangery and...

    We are pleased with the conservatory/ orangery and were extremely happy with the installation teams and the electrician. The builders were excellent. The plumber however receives a poor review because of ineptitude. Overall the company could improve communication.

    Very pleased with overall service from start to...

    Very pleased with overall service from start to finish. Fitters were very quick and efficient and did a good job. The only other comment I have is that I was expecting the van to show 5 Star Windows and Conservatories on the side, but it was plain. I think this is an area for improvement. Otherwise a happy customer!

    Sales rep was very good , came up with good ideas...

    Sales rep was very good , came up with good ideas that we had not thought about, the ground works and build were carried out on time to a very professional level. The area was always left clean and tidy each day and the quality of the product is first class. We would have no hesitation in recommending 5 Star as a first class installer
