Replacing our existing conservatory with a new one...
Replacing our existing conservatory with a new one ( lemonary ) was an excellent experience from start to finish. We have already found our new installation meeting our needs e.g. more light in the lounge, a much warmer room even in January, no need for any source of heat. We are confident that we will be able to use our lemonary all year round. Everyone involved in the process was excellent throughout and we would like to thank you for providing us with a first class hassle free service. The

The team that came to fit our windows were...
The team that came to fit our windows were excellent. They arrived when they should and never stopped working from the moment they arrived even though the weather was cold and wet. They worked well as a team together each knowing what they had to do. They were tidy and made sure that no mess was left anywhere. They were both polite and grateful for warm drinks. They were good from start to finish. This is the second time that we have used 5 star and on both occasions from the initial contact to completion there have never been any problems. Good job.

Mostly pleased with everything, however we noticed...
Mostly pleased with everything, however we noticed the old windows were left on the drive. We didn't notice this until the fitter had left. We called the office who said they would get the old windows collected the following day, they did not collect. We then disposed of them ourselves. We also had two scratches on the new front door that have now been coloured in. This was done quickly and so far the 'repair' is looking ok although a bit of a disappointment on a new door.
The fitter was great and took pride in his work, I think leaving the old windows was just a slip of the mind, it was late in the day when he finished and zero degrees all day.
