From the moment we decided to embark on new windows a quick visit & chat with 5 Star Windows & Conservatories made our decision to go with them, without even thinking about shopping around. The showroom staff were great, the products exceptional & upon the day of fitting all our positive thoughts were confirmed. The fitting team were prompt, professional & genuinely nice guys that I had no reservations about letting them work in my home. I was that impressed after they left & I realised I didn't even have to clean after them, I made a point of going back to the showroom just to tell them my positive thoughts about my experience. Very pleased with results. My old patio door was replaced by fresh doors and an opening side window which was important to me. A specially commissioned round window was also made and proves to be a great improvement on the old single glazed unit. I have not experienced any condensation since on this window, and the cloakroom feels much warmer.

This was a fairly straight forward window installation with leaded panes. The designer contacted me to give me options and e-mailed me images of the design which I found very useful. The fitters arrived exactly on time and completed the job efficiently and tidily. They gave me a good run-down on how to look after the window and made sure I was happy with everything. On the basis of a job well done I'm getting another window fitted. I have no hesitation in recommending 5Star.
