Overall very happy but communication on the whole wasn't great. Changes we made weren't communicated, if they couldn't come for whatever reason, there was no communication. Project manager, as far as we were concerned, wasn't very good. Only visited the site once, once the job was completed, told me & my wife different things and generally, didn't come across as needed; was easier to speak directly to customer services who were brilliant and didn't just argue with you when you rang up with a concern. Would definitely recommend 5Star (already recommended to several neighbours who have used them); we weren't 'sold' a conservatory, they listened to what we wanted, helped come up with a solution and gave us plenty of options. Really really happy with the finished conservatory, great customer service (just don't bother with the project manager, speak to the office directly!) and we've now got a fattastic conservatory to enjoy :)

We are really pleased with our finished conservatory but unfortunately there were a number of issues that arose during the installation which were poorly managed. Only one stage check was made during the whole build process which meant that we had to check the conservatory for any issues and bring these to the attention of the company. When issues were raised with the company communication of how they would be resolved was not always good. So whilst we are really pleased with our conservatory we don't feel that we could recommend the company.

The main reason we have chosen 5 Star because there was no “ pressure sales “ when visiting the showroom and at the initial home visit by Mark the sales representative and the price was competitive. The grand workers (Richard and his colleague) were polite and did a thorough job. The installers were very competent and happy to accommodate our special request, i.e. changing and fitting different size of dog flaps. In overall the full experience with this company was very pleasant and definitely lived up to their name 5 STAR.
