It has been a year since we had our new windows and door fitted, and we couldn't be happier! The whole process starting with my first visit to the showroom through to quotation and subsequent installation was a pleasure. The showroom staff, our project estimator and the project manager were always polite, professional and respectful. The installation team were obviously very experienced and highly skilled with a high level of workmanship. The small amount of building work done by their building partners before we were able to have our daughters bedroom window fitted was of an incredibly high standard. The products themselves are superb, they look amazing, and we have lost count of how many people have complimented us on our new front door!.... and it almost goes without saying that the energy savings the new installation has afforded us speaks for iteslf. Overall, we are very pleased, and will be using them again for a further project.

Great service but some defects with the frame and glazing. Very good service in getting the issues resolved to our satisfaction. Good aftercare.

Excellent workmanship. Nice and friendly to deal with as a whole. The only problems we had were poor communication between office & installation staff, causing more than a few problems & delays. Overall a very good professional job, therefore we have ordered further work to be done in the new year.

Excellent service overall despite the first installation date being met, then on the next arranged date no one turned up to install it. Third time lucky it was finally installed

The first fitter made a mistake, came back and still didn't fix it. Third time came out and he was brilliant, and fixed the door. Very happy now.
