The project was a replacement roof (glass) and has made a significant difference ion the feel of the conservatory. The lighting has been added and also makes a positive impact. % Star provided a very good product and service overall- we are very happy with the outcome. Mike from sales was marvellous and understood our requirements and did so in a very helpful manner. Harvey was excellent in the survey as well. The guys who fitted the roof worked very hard and did a marvellous job in the day. Thank you all.

Used 5 star 3 times in the past because they were good. They are not any more. Loads of problems, shoddy glass quality, didn't turn up when promised and wasted a day's holiday waiting, constantly having the chase them up, promised things that never happened, replacement units themselves needed replacing. Good initial sales experience, utter garbage after that.

Excellent service, this is the second time I have used 5 Star and would again without hesitation, I have recommended them to a friend and she also is very impressed with the service. I would and have recommended 5 star since this.
