From initial contact at the showroom with the sales team to final completion of the installation very impressed with the attention to detail. Outstanding quality of the goods, the care and attention to detail of our requirements due to phasing of the works was excellent. As well as normal build some challenges due to siting were dealt with and overcome in a timely manner and design adjusted accordingly. Family and friends are impressed with the final structure and the vast improvement these works have made to the patio and garden area. Our thanks to the whole team who have supported us through this implementation. I would not hesitate to recommend 5 Star to anyone looking to improve their property in this way.

The installation of my porch exceeded expectations...
The installation of my porch exceeded expectations in every way. The job itself was completed quickly in less than a whole day and is a superb-looking structure, guaranteed for ten years. The installer mentioned that the original surveyor's measurements were absolutely correct, and that helped a lot. Also very pleased that the two-man team re-positioned doorbell and the small external black circular water meter reader further along the house wall, as I had been a bit apprehensive about this. He also removed (and CLEANED!) the ceramic house number plate and re-positioned this as well. A well-mannered team, also a punctual arrival and courteous departure. I have no hesitation in recommending 5 Star.

Very efficient, polite workmen. Job should have taken two days but a second team turned up after their job had been cancelled so the work was completed in one day - brilliant! There were a couple of small problems that the fitters pointed out at the time of fitting and ordered the replacements there and then. These came and were fitted 7 days later. Cannot fault the service. They worked in a very considerate manner, closing doors wherever possible to limit the noise etc. I have used 5 star before and I had no hesitation in using them again. I would recommend their service and efficiency to anyone wanting replacement windows. A very good service from the initial enquiry to the completion.

We are absolutely delighted with our new...
We are absolutely delighted with our new conservatory. It was everything that had been promoted and more. From the initial contact with the 5 Star consultant who came out to our home to every part of the process was thoroughly professional and nothing was too much trouble. The surveyor was extremely helpful, the project manager visited regularly to ensure the work was to our satistaction and every tradesman that came to do their part was very thorough and efficient.We would have no hesitation in recommending 5 Star
