    All at 5star dealt with our order in the most friendly efficient way. David in installations is a credit to the company, also Julie deserves a mention. Also Stuart and Mark fitters great job.

    Ours was a very tight schedule because we decided to have our work done before we went away. { A fairly big job } They fitted us in to their tight schedule just before Christmas. From start to finish everything was completed to a very high standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending 5 Star. Mr G Newbury.

    There was an evident lack of communication between...

    There was an evident lack of communication between staff and employees and the punctuality was poor. That aside, the staff and employees were courteous at all times,all the material used is of top quality, the work was carried out most professionally, skilfully, meticulously and cleanly. On the whole my experience with everyone was excellent particularly with Ross Manser, Harvey, Lee and Kayleigh. My conservatory/extension is finished now. Yes, I had to wait for its completion but it was well worth it! I am delighted with the installation. All those who come and see it are amazed by the transformation of my room and I would certainly recommend 5 Star without hesitation.

    I'm extremely happy with the entire process...

    I'm extremely happy with the entire process and although I had three other quotes I had to go with 5 Star. I'm also getting another work done and have made an order for additional work immediately after the completion of the work based upon the service, price and quality of workmanship.
