So this year 5 Star have done two sets of replacement windows for me. The first, a complicated set of windows due to an old building with quirky features, that the bigger national window companies either declined completely or quoted ridiculous amounts of £££. Not so 5 Star - they took the job on and although it wasn’t plain sailing they did not sign it off until it was perfect. The owner of the company even appeared at my door to apologise for the slight delay and to reassure me that the job would be completed to the highest standards. A slight snag post completion was sorted instantly and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. The second job a standard window and quick order, fit and completion. Could not recommend them highly enough. Brilliant service and after care.

New composite back door from 5 star - good experience from beginning to end. A designer, Ashfaq, came within a week after we phoned and offered good advice about choices. The door was made and fitted within 5 weeks. Paul, the fitter was excellent- friendly and professional, clearing up well after he finished. Very happy with the quality of the product and its installation

Everyone at 5 Star was great from start to finish - patient, helpful, informative, courteous - in person, by email and by 'phone. The process was easy - less so the choosing of design or paint colour due to such a wide range of options, though! There was one very small issue but it has been resolved without quibble. I'd recommend the company for quality and service. Thank you for a beautiful front door and tidy installation.

I would highly recommend 5 Star Windows. From the initial visit to quote, to the follow-up visit to the installation, the staff were all exceptionally friendly yet professional. The two guys that installed the windows & front door were so careful and tidied as they worked, having laid dust sheets everywhere to ensure very little mess anyway. They spent time demonstrating the features of the windows and checked that I was happy with everything before leaving on both days.

Top service from start to finish. Great work from the fitters who were professional and friendly. Had windows and French doors fitted in less than two days. The price was also excellent as wee took advantage of the discounts available during the summer. Can't find any faults.

5star windows and conservatories came out to look at our conservatory roof , which was fibre glass old and discoloured.We decided to change the roof as the space was not being used in the winter or hot summer (when we had one !)It was a difficult build due to its position sandwiched between end of the house and a garage wall which was on higher ground than the house .Throughout the build they were on time , cleaned up at each stage and there was great communication with Lauren Bridgewater who kept us informed on the build and also any problems that occurred due to it’s difficult position.We now have a great room which will be well used all year round .

Everything planned to perfection, fitting of Windows and doors was to the promised timescale. Quality and design layout of Windows and Doors perfect, great locking mechanisms. 20 year guarantee. What more could you ask for.

The whole process from start to finish ran quite smoothly although it took a lot longer than it should. This was mainly due to the weather. The building work was interrupted by rain on some occasions. However the builders carried on as best they could and the job was done satisfactorily. I kept them going with tea and sausage sandwiches on a daily basis. On a critical note they could've been a bit cleaner after each day's work. But they were cheerful and helpful.
On another critical note there was quite a long delay between the builders finishing and the doors and windows arriving. This process could've been speeded up. All of the men who came to perform various tasks were professional and did a good job. There was also good communication with the office who always responded quickly to any queries.
Overall I would recommend 5Star as a company to anyone thinking of a conservatory or extension.

chose windows and doors in comfort of our own home, friendly service, the 2 guys that came (kidderminster) were courteous, friendly,punctual and perfectionists a credit to the company. They left house immaculate inside and out leaving nothing for me to do after
