Individual contractors were excellent but communication of issues between the various stages was lacking which left us to chase up. However Kayleigh always responded quickly and efficiently.

Installers were excellent
replacement of glass roof to tiles. Communication from 5 Star was virtually non-existant, once deposit paid. No follow up to see if work was completed and happy with result. Installers were excellent, however.

The final finished project was very good, but...
The final finished project was very good, but there was a few misunderstandings between the different tradespeople. Also the floor was not done very well due to a misinterpretation of requirements to have our kitchen and conservatory floor flush. A work around was found but it would not have been necessary if the conservatory door was a few cm higher.

Great initial contact and providing of design...
Great initial contact and providing of design ideas.
Workmen were prompt and polite. Worked extremely hard and completed earlier than expected.
4 stars in some areas as I feel they were so focussed on the job that maybe more care could have been taken regarding customer carpets etc. Maybe we should have cleared and covered more in advance...recommendation regarding this would have been useful.
Having said that I would have no hesitation in recommending 5 star as the overall experience was very good.
A couple of minor issues following installation were rectified quickly and efficiently.
