From quoting to fitting a professional and cheerful service from all involved. Love the new look windows which now blend in with the colour of our brickwork and make our dormer bungalow look pretty and updated. Attention to detail and fitting by the trade team including sorting out any minor fitting issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Phase two of our upgrade will be due to start soon and we will definitely be using 5 Star and their trade team to finish our home.

We were impressed with the Worcester showroom and the products on view so with a 20 year guarantee on offer we signed up and paid deposit. Delivery was quicker than quoted and installation promptly carried out. All looking good. It then took over three weeks before any paperwork including the 20 year guarantee was sent out. To our dismay this does not simply apply to the product but to qualify the original property owner must remain in residence for twenty years. We were informed that "it is non-transferrable as the conduct of the new owner could not be accounted for". Despite a clause stating that "in the event of abuse, misuse, neglect etc., the guarantee would be void". We have been offered "a one-time concession" but remain disappointed feeling compromised.

We had a door previously supplied by 5star and we wanted to replace another doors situated nearby and to match the existing door.  5star took every care to match it.  They arrived on time, installed the door and cleared up everything and took the old door away.  Excellent service.  Would only use 5star now.

From the beginning of the process communication was relatively poor, but once fitting eventually began we were quite happy. For the first day that is. During the second day of fitting there was an issue with the front door, which we were sold as one of the best on the market and at a cost of over £4000. This then put a delay on our bay window being finished too and all of the interior work to put right plaster that had been damaged etc. No problem said the fitters,  we’ll be back tomorrow. The next morning arrived and one fitter arrived to collect his ladder and to tell us that they wouldn’t be completing the work and that they were now both on holiday that week. I then contacted 5 star windows and spoke to Andrew who assured me that someone would be round on the Monday to rectify these issues. From that date, it took approximately one month for the work to be completed and many different people from 5 star attending our property. Prior to the windows being completed, we were offered several amounts in compensation, ranging from £371-£1000 if we signed to say the job was completed. We rejected this offer. Eventually we were told that there was nothing more that could be done to make our bay window look better, so we admitted defeat and signed anyway. We were again told that we were entitled to compensation and were told someone would be in touch. A week later, we had heard nothing, so I made contact and was told they weren’t aware of this promise. We were eventually offered £250 by way of compensation, but told that we could not leave negative reviews if we accepted this. We have chosen not to accept the amount and to ensure that others are aware of the questionable service received from this company.

Premier windows provided an excellent service from start to finish, from the advice they gave from day one, the timekeeping,  and the professionalism from the fitters really was second to none.
I feel confident that if we have any issues with the windows/doors that they would be resolved in no time.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending premier windows to everyone 

From the first enquire Excellent service from start to finish excellent job done by fitters on the day didn't stop til they finished cleaned up after they finished fitting  windows and doors. 

Positives - Good workmanship, work site left tidy at the end of each day , friendly and helpful. Pleased with outcome at end of project.
Negative - Confusion for some time over whether the roof that had been sold could actually be delivered even though it was discussed extensively. Communication within 5 star could have been better. Whole project took longer than I expected.

There were some bumps along the way but in general I would recommend 5 star due to quality of the workmanship and my satisfaction with the end result

5* have completed our doors and conservatory project in a professional and timely way, we're very happy! Yes there have been a few snagging problems but this is to be expected and all dealt with quickly and efficiently. Every tradesperson involved was polite and helpful delivering a quality result. Its important to keep lines of communication open with jobs like this, as much the client's responsibility as the company's.
I would definitely recommend 5* we have a beautiful conservatory and the doors transform the house. Thank you.

ordering process was easy, arrived on time and fitted with expert workman who were friendly and did a great job. the price was very competitive and I will use this company again for door in the future. highly recommend

Door was fitted quickly without problem. Old door removed and site left clean and spotless. Very pleased with the result. Aluminium frame gives maximum glazed area and lets in maximum light.

Fantastic service - definitely went the extra mile with taking down blinds and putting them back up without any hesitation. New windows look amazing and all completed on the same day. 

Initial quotes wholly overblown by unnecessary exaggeration of total cost but eventually the sales man came to a more agreeable cost albeit still expensive, but I was expecting that as I wanted a quality job. The survey was excellent and the surveyor was very knowledgeable and explained everything to my understanding. The fitters were prompt, skillful and worked well explaining all as they went along. They were very tidy and created the minimum of disruption. The windows and doors are of the highest quality and look and operate superbly, although some minor adjustments are required.
The gripe comes with the aftercare - it was not explained to me just how expensive it would be to obtain a copy of one key. Unfortunately the front door came incomplete with its weather rail missing and so far it has taken three phone calls to chase up progress. The Rail is now promised for arrival at 5Star on Fri July 1st with fitting the following week (to be finalised). Sorry but this should have happened days ago without my prompting.
