Have used 5 Star for over 10 years now, in our current property and previous property. Great quality windows and doors, excellent fitting engineers and communication from the company from start to finish. Would highly recommend 5 Star!

Very happy with conservatory, designed well and looks better than I imagined.  All staff polite whether face to face or telephone.  Snagging list dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
Our only issue would be the length of time from quote to completion - 26 weeks. 
Also would have been beneficial if initial consultation had mentioned that 5 star can supply integrated blinds. Now having problems getting blinds to fit  neatly that will compliment and fit into the overall internal design. Could  prove to be a very costly oversight. 
Overall very satisfied with end result. 

The company were reliable and professional, giving me the date I needed to install my doors which meant they had to be done quicker-thank  you for this! The installers were quick and tidy and provided a quality finish. Decently priced also. 

Our experience with 5-Star was mixed. The product is now installed and has made an attractive bright garden room extension that flows seamlessly from our lounge. We are delighted with the space it has created and would recommend the product. Unfortunately, however, the installation process was far from smooth and has taken 10months since we signed the contract. The process was quite stressful for us Several times the company had failed to order components putting us several weeks behind schedule. They also underquoted at the start which caused concern. The administration. team were generally quite obliging and worked to get the issues sorted out in the end. The company was very fair at acknowledging where jobs on site had not been completed to the standard promised and ensured that their installers returned to correct before the job was considered complete. We felt supported by this and all of the workmen that came to site were extremely pleasant and did a good job. Overall, although a stressful ride at times we are very happy with the room now that it is ours to use.

Right from the outset we were told they rarely use sub contractors, however this was simply untrue as the majority of the work was carried out by poor quality subcontractors.  This resulted in numerous secondary visits to remedy problems. In addition the roofing sub contractor disappeared for three days! The completion date that was set and agreed at the beginning was missed due to all the delays. It was a painful and stressful experience.

Excellent service and workmanship throughout,  conservatory built as per contract and all within promised dates. Appointments all kept as agreed. Office staff efficiently advised of supply and progress.
This company is worthy of its 5 star name and has restored my faith in good workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a 5 star product and service. 

We have recently had our conservatory roof and windows rebuilt after tree damage. It's a very odd shape but didn't prove a problem to 5 Star. We were kept updated as to when the work would start and the lads that came were here for 2 days fitting and finishing. Everywhere was immaculate when they had finished and the conservatory is of good quality. Well done 5 Star, thank you.

After a horrible botch job by another company, 5 Star saved the day. Excellent communication from start to finish and the door is now perfect. Took another 3 months from ordering to fitting as it was a special order door, but totally worth the wait, the door looks fantastic. Really clean fit and finish, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Very good experience with 5 Star Windows starting with the sales rep who was friendly, not pushy, and gave helpful advice and a more competitive quote than other companies we dealt with. The fitter who installed the front door did a professional job, taking his time to make sure he was happy. Nice to get a follow-up call from the managing director to check we were happy and reminding us to return the 20-year guarantee. Would recommend.

The roof with two big glass windows made the conservatory looks brighter and flood the space with natural light, the uPVC structure is nice also can keep home warm.

So good things first. The bi-fold doors and triple glazed windows are good quality and after a 13 month process (order to completion) are now fitted correctly. Communication with the company was friendly which was just as well because there were many phone calls. Eventually our particular installation was escalated and we did feel they were working hard to resolve issues. So what went wrong. We had 4 triple glazed units, 1 double glazed unit and a bi-fold door fitted. The estimate to install was 2 days! I have literally lost count of the number of days it has taken. Different fitters arrived at various times and most left with the intention of updating the installation team at 5 Star of all outstanding problems, some very significant. However, almost every time I contacted the installation team they seemed to always need a comprehensive update from me which was extremely draining. So there was a gross under-estimate of time required to fit and poor communication between mobile fitting teams and the installation department. Fitting problems. The 5 star fitters could not fit the beading to the triple glazed units to a satisfactory standard. 5 Star eventually arranged for Conservatory Outlet fitters to complete the job and the second fitter they sent did complete the work correctly. This was the primary issue, but there were many other secondary issues. Summary. As I submit this review we are happy with the end result, but disappointed with the process.
