5 star. No way 1 star rubbish company came back 4 times and still couldent fit windows right what an embarrassment to other window company's. Stay away run run run

What can I say, the clue is in their name - 5 Star Windows! We just had 5-replacement white Georgian bar windows installed. The process from enquiry to quote to installation was easy, professional and great value. We have previously used 5 Star for a conservatory and a garden room. Always professional, great value and 100% customer focused. I’m a demanding customer and 5 Star always step up.

We had a previous, very positive experience with 5 Star last year when they replaced our conservatory roof and windows at the rear of our house. It was therefore a no-brainer to ask them to fit a new Tilt and Turn window at the side of our house which involved builders, electricians, fitters and plasterers. A great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use 5 Star again!

Selection, service and installation was great but two days ago we had a cold caller sales person attend the house whilst my wife was busy working from home, the sales person was very rude and dismissive when told we had recently had a door installed stated “yeah of course you did” in a condescending manner. I was until then very complimentary but that kind of rude cold calling doesn’t represent the company at all.

A great service and great product. Paul the installer was very considerate and tidy and worked very hard.

Great team of guys, from the grounds men up to the team who build on that.
All worked around my commitments for work etc too. 🙏👏👏😎

Replacement conservatory (including new base) anda set of bifolds. 
All the contractors, surveyors etc arrived when we were told they would. The work was completed on time to our satisfaction and the site was left clean and tidy.
This is the second time we have used 5* windows and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

First class service from ordering to fitting, helpful staff and good communication , good quality product fitted expertly, no mess and quickly done. 5* all round

My conservatory was started in 6th April and completed on 3rd May. The builders were amazing and completed their part way before schedule! Same for the guys who carried out the glazing and roof! Cannot write this review without mentioning the person who did final clean down and picked up on a few bits he wasn’t happy with and dealt with them. The only reason I deduct a star is that I had to change my fuse box to meet current regulations but only found this out 2 days before builders were due instead of the “dead” 4 months waiting for planning permission. Not sure where blame lies for this. Anyway despite this I feel they live up to their name and deserve to be a name you can trust. Girls in the office were superb and most definitely deserve a mention - THANK YOU!! Also thanks to salesman who went to so much trouble to ensure I had exactly what I wanted and offered advice accordingly.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of the windows for the entire house and two doors, fitted by capable and attentive installers. The difference to appearance and warmth of house was immediate. After fitting, one door needed two return visits for adjustments (hence 4 stars), but the firm gave same-day response to my calls and the issue was sorted.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience - from the initial consultation to the installation itself the whole process of our new door has been really positive. Everyone we dealt with at 5 Star was friendly and knowledgeable, and they even completed the work on a faster time frame than expected. Really highly recommended!

The foundation builders arrived on time. Adrian and his lads were superb. They worked so hard on clay soil.The access to my home is not good. It’s a communal car park…not once did they complain about the distance to the skip. It was an absolute pleasure having them here.
The installers were equally brilliant. Thank you Stuart and Mark. Again, no complaints from them about the access. Both teams didn’t make any mess. The quality of the roof and frames are the highest quality I have ever seen. I would not have any reservations about recommending 5 Star. The conservatory has changed my life for the better. Thank you.
