Having used 5 Star for replacement windows and doors over many years I can commend them for their professionalism and their products.  As for the former, they provide helpful advice, always turn up when they say they will and know their trade (skilled fitters); as for the latter there is a good range of good quality products.

We cannot fault the installation of the windows and doors. All the employees involved with our purchase were courteous, and made us feel part of the 5-Star family. Our house is very old, and that does bring difficulties for anyone working on it. This caused no concern for the installation team, who were very experienced on all types of property. We are very pleased with the whole experience and would not hesitate to recommend 5-Star to family and friends.

Window and door were fitted a month ago ,had a slight problem with door and was responded to the next day with a promise of rectification after the Christmas period was over.The product was of a good specification and the fitting team were polite, friendly and asked my opinion at regular intervals. Overall the company was very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering replacement windows and doors. I will be placing another order in the new year for further work on my property.

On the whole a positive experience with the booking to fitting being completed in reasonable time. Some frustrations with fitting being delayed twice before finally going ahead. The window installation team were good and worked hard to get the job done in a day. A follow up snagging issue took several attempts to be rectified. Overall though we are pleased with the look and fit of the windows and despite delays, we would use them again

We are extremely pleased with the new conservatory we have got. We were helped with the planning process and throughout the build. There were some issues along construction with subcontractors but the 5 Star team acted quickly and professionally to correct them.
