The re roofing of our conservatory went exceptionally well. The fitters,electrician and plasterers were all professional  the office staff kept us involved from the start to the finish. I would recommend 5 star to anyone 

The whole experience was fantastic. We wanted to reduce the threshold on our old patio doors and this is what we got with 5 star service. Ben provided a quote with no hard sell and the fitting team were very professional. We had one small issue with a damaged part, but this was fixed very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

We have recently had a new front door fitted from 5 star the sales people were very helpful they came to our home helped choose the door we wanted for our budget,kept us informed about what was happening and a time for the actual fitting Paul turned up on time was very professional cleaned up afterwards and explained everything about the door to my wife.we would highly recommend them and happily purchase from them again

5 Star recently fitted a new front door for my 95 year old mum and were outstanding. Everyone we had contact with were so kind and considerate and met all our requests and her needs, makingsure she made the right choice and could open and close the door properly after installation. Great service from start to finish. To the personal visit to advise and talk through all the different options without pressurising a sale, to the communication and finally the smooth fitting of our new door. Old one taken away, job done in a few hours and no mess. Fab job, highly recommend!

I had my old wooden conservatory replaced with new frames and an ultra frame roof system. All the work was completed in good time and to an excellent standard. The overall finish is superb and I would definitely use the company again for any other work in the future.

I have used 5Stars windows for a few years replacing windows when needed. I have always found 5 Stars helpful professional from start to completion. Their engineers are very experienced very pleasant and hard working,. they are very respectful of your home cloths are put down clear all the waste away hoover, its not a chore having them in your home. What can I say, the clue is in their name - 5 Star Windows! We just had 5-replacement white Georgian bar windows installed. The process from enquiry to quote to installation was easy, professional and great value. We have previously used 5 Star for a conservatory and a garden room. Always professional, great value and 100% customer focused. I’m a demanding customer and 5 Star always step up.

We had a previous, very positive experience with 5 Star last year when they replaced our conservatory roof and windows at the rear of our house. It was therefore a no-brainer to ask them to fit a new Tilt and Turn window at the side of our house which involved builders, electricians, fitters and plasterers. A great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use 5 Star again!

Selection, service and installation was great but two days ago we had a cold caller sales person attend the house whilst my wife was busy working from home, the sales person was very rude and dismissive when told we had recently had a door installed stated “yeah of course you did” in a condescending manner. I was until then very complimentary but that kind of rude cold calling doesn’t represent the company at all.
